“Have been using Osmio products for many years - starting with a gravity system, then adding a Zero Reverse Osmosis and now a distiller machine. High quality products and superb customer service. Only had 2 product/ delivery issues over the years and I could not have asked for better support and resolution - both UK and Europe deliveries. Hope to continue using for many more years.”

“Very impressed with Quality of Machine and the Stainless Steel topped 4l Water Jug with Integral Spout. All in All presents itself well and is highly functional (Auto Off very useful on occasions to ). Would recommend to others.”

“The filters arrived quickly but after using them the water tastes very different than the last time I’ve changed the filters. There is a chalky aftertaste and I worry if it’s safe to drink”

“I phoned Osmio because I had some questions, before buying a reverse osmosis water filter. Irena was very knowledeable and helped me understand the different factors involved. I expected to be connected to a call centre but instead I got someone who was clearly passionate about drinking water and health in general. “This is the best purchasing choice I have made. It did take me time to consider and reconsider the investment and I am really happy I made the decision. The water taste is really good, the filtering is very quick, the machine is easy to use. Delivery was very swift and am happy with the extra filters I received. The user manual is easy to navigate and the warnings are extremely clear (re dual plug usage). Minor note is there is suggestion in areas with very hard water to refill 3 liters instead of 5 liters, I could not find the reason given water stays in the machine anyways regardless whether it is 3 or 5, but this is very minor. I like the Osmeo value and the webpage made it easy to make my choice and selection. Thank you!”

“Dirty water blocked our filter and our water pressure in the taps reduced significantly but as soon as I replaced it with a new filter our water pressure was back to normal.”
