“A game changer! I was given the water filter by my brother with the instruction to replace the filters before using. I was unsure of the water hardness in my area so I called the technical line for advice, which was given clearly, giving me the confidence to order the correct filters. They arrived the next day and were easy to install (they are in four parts). As described, the first couple of tanks' worth had a stronger mineral taste (not unpleasant) but then the water tasted good and fresh but mild in flavour. It has only been a week and already this filter is making a big difference.”

“It’s an expensive tap so I expected it to be top quality compared to the one it replaced costing 1/6 of this one. However, it has a number of issues. 1.) The fitting are not compatible with typical isolator flat tap fittings, they are compression, so I had to re-plumb all my connections. 2.) The reach measurement on the website is misleading as it’s the only one shown edge to edge vs centre to centre. This means it only a reach of 24cm vs 27cm as the website suggests. Better than my old tap, but still too short. 3.) The nozzle attachment leaks, I found a washer to seal it as none was supplied, but now the tap protrudes from its fitting and is no longer flush 4.) When I removed the nozzle I found scrap bits of blue plastic, so its either not been cleaned properly before assembly, or its second hand. Had I not already had the pain of fitting it, would return.”
