“Arrived promptly but so much packaging. All bottles taped up and then covered in bubble wrap in a box lined with paper. Very disappointed with that.”

We typically try to use minimal packaging to help the environment but it's also very important to ensure the order is packaged well enough to make it to the customers address in good condition. “This was a home compost maker and it was very well made and easy to put together. Compared to other compost makers it was extremely competitively priced too. It is now in constant use in the garden.”

“Poor service. Wrong item sent. They required proof by way of a photograph. Once they decided to change it they found the correct butt was out of stock. Insisted on return of slimline butt before despatching the ordered one, which arrived 25 days after initial order. The butt itself is good quality and provides satisfactory replacement.”
