“Very pleased with my blind which is well made and a perfect fit. I'd have given 5 stars but for Yodel making a complete mess of the delivery, eventually dropping it over my garden gate with no attempt to get a signature, and having previously delivered it to someone else! Maybe use a more reliable courier in future?”

“I have bought several sets of blinds from OBO, and in the main I am very happy with the quality, and I am definitely delighted with the customer service. All previous products have been brilliant. However, I am a little frustrated that the Venetian blinds are cut off so far on either side, supposedly to allow a “margin for error”. The reduction in size by 10mm is too much when the window frame and walls are straight. It would be better to ask if the buyer wants a small or large tolerance for fitting errors.”

We do specify on our FAQs & help page that a 10mm reduction will be made from a recess measurement on venetian blinds to ensure that this fits into the recess space. “ordered two identical blinds, one is perfect the other will not retract properly at all. Contacted Blinds online who were extremely helpful and after trying several ways to correct the problem, which didn't work, they promptly replace the faulty blind and I'm happy to sat this one works perfectly like the first one! Thank you for all your help.”
