“We ordered some samples (which arrived quickly) then, eventually, decided which design we wanted ... and ordered the vertical blinds. They were with us within, I think, 2 days of ordering. They were exactly what we ordered and fitted perfectly. The only issues we had were to do with the "instructions" which were, in our opinion, very poor (as a result, we managed to "assemble" the blinds wrongly first time - cost us some time and effort, but ultimately no real financial cost). The blinds ARE good. Thanks.”

“The order was carried out promptly as scheduled on fitment the was a issue with the fixing brackets. The issue was resolved as soon as possible following the replacement brackets arriving the next day. Good product and works well in our sun room.”

“Blinds are great, however original order turned up with damage from the carriers. This was replaced FOC, but on the replacement parts a further section turned up damaged (again from the packaging this was the carriers) again Order Blinds replaced this unit.”

“Excellent easy to fit blinds. Measuring up accurately was explained very well in the ordering process. When they arrived I was a little concerned about fitting but literally took ten or fifteen minutes. Very convenient for patio doors where you don't want to put up curtain rails and the like. Mind you I think they are on the expensive side.”

“Easy ordering and good quality blinds. Speedy response to order and came when they said it would. But I'd ordered the incorrect width (my mistake as I assumed they were all the same width) then found I couldn't return them. Be careful when ordering.”

“An excellent product exactly as advertised. The fitting instructions should be improved - I was unclear regarding the twist to lock feature on the roller blinds and had to phone you for assistance. The slots in the frames need to be more accurate - I fitted the clips exactly as suggested with a credit card and after spending 30 minutes trying to fix the first blind I found that I needed to move the clips to match the slots in the frame! So it is not a simple matter of assembling the frame, inserting the clips and fixing the blinds as you suggest. However now the blinds are installed I am very happy with the product.”

“Great advice on the phone to help me choose the right product for me. Easy to assemble and absolutely spot on: the colour is perfect and matches my laminate floor and the blinds look fantastic in my living room without eating up the space around the window. Why I didn't rate them "very good"? I used Topcashback to make my order online. Something went wrong on the "orderblinds" website. When I claimed my cashback later through Topcashback, the seller denied it for some far-fetched reasons and refused to pay it. Not very cool!”

“Almost completely blacked out , if I was fitting again . It’s very very important to measure height each side of the window Exactly. I was about 5 mm out one side 3 mm other side . I Had to pack up ends with wooden spacers and fill gaps with sealer. In the end all most perfect. Happy with product I would recommend.”

“Bottom-up blind looks nice and easy to install. Does not stay in position though - slips down through the day - not a big deal, since you can adjust it daily, but a small annoyance.”

“High quality product and well finished. Easy to install. Not all materials are readily available and the company is not speedy at communication, making predicting order delivery difficult. Overall though, a reasonable company to deal with.”
