“Prices were a little bit cheaper than other online stores. However, they reduce their headrails by 0.7cm in each side which meant we had to make spacer blocks for the gap from scrap wood before screwing in the blinds. They claim the reduction is stated on website somewhere.”

“Quick service - blinds delivered within 10 days or so. Only issue was that length of chain in one set of blinds was not as requested (was correct in other blinds ordered).”

“Fantastic product, very pleased with the look when fitted. Easy to fit but both my orders were delayed by weeks due to no stock of silver side rails. This issue needs to be resolved. Not what we expect of internet ordering.”

“I ordered by phone and found the staff very polite and helpful. The web site is easy to use and gives clear instruction on now to measure for the blind. The products are of good quality. The only dissapointment is that one of the narrow blinds winds slightly off centre and sometimes the blind catches on the winding mechanism. However, I am very pleased and would order again.”

“ordered 3 blinds which had a delay and then delivery went astray but all was sorted out quickly and efficiently and once arrived blinds fit perfectly and were very easy to put up. The black out blinds really are black out as was worried about this after ordering a light colour but they really are very good.”

“The product and communication were spot on. The only let down throughout the entire process was the lead time which was longer then advertised and I had to made some changes to accommodate delivery. Anyway, good product and service overall. I would definitely recommend and use you again if needed. Many thanks.”

“was very happy with the blinds but felt that the fitting instructions were confusing and even watching the video on you tube didn't help as they kept saying how easy it was to fit the blinds when I was having great difficulty. The problem was the tight fit and I was afraid of breaking the fitting if I forced it into the wrong place so clarification about where to fit would have ben appreciated.”
