“Good service and nice blinds. Had some queries which they resolved quickly on the phone. I went for the double roller blind which is nice. Perhaps not as good looking as a simple single roller but serves the purpose I had of privacy during the day with light coming in and a proper shade at night with the 2nd blind.”

“First Blind sent was broken but it was quickly replaced with a new Blind with no quibbling. The replacement Blind worked exactly as expected and I am very pleased with it. So overall the company and the product were great”

“There was a delay in our order which were notified about by email. We appreciated the explanation - the fabric had been rejected because it had flaws/defects. It was reassuring to know that this had happened. The blinds have now been delivered and fitted, and they are perfect! Well worth the wait.”

“Ordering my perfect fit blinds was assisted by the helpful guidance on how to make the relevant measurements. The frames do fit ok with the window but I had a couple of niggles. The frames for the blinds had the machined slots for the clips in slightly different places (relative to the corners) to the instructions, but probably made the fit more secure once I figured it out. Also one machined slot was missing at the midpoint of a tall side-frame, but it seems to be secure enough anyway. Anyway, the result is a good looking set of blinds that do the job I expected them to, so I'm happy.”

“The service I received from Order Blinds Online was very good but unfortunately resulted in a full refund as the Matte Rock Rigid PVC Vertical Blinds supplied were found to be totally unfit for purpose.”

“I've bought quiet a few blinds over the past few years and I must say I was quiet pleased with these blinds, as the slats come in their full length and not rolled up like many others do. Both the track and blinds are good quality and looks great. Overall very pleased would definitely buy again.”

Hi Emma, The fitting instructions that came with your blind include advice on fine tuning your blind to stop at the exact positions you require, but we also have a handy video the explains how to do this. “I would have rated Order Blinds as very good except for the fact that they use Yodel as their courier. On delivery day, Yodel updated their tracking data to show that I had refused the delivery although they had made no attempt to deliver the blinds. It took nearly 24 hours thereafter for Order Blinds to establish that the real reason was that Yodel had damaged the blinds in transit and recognised that they could not be delivered in that condition! Order Blinds then had to remake the blinds which resulted in a delay in their eventual delivery which I insisted was made by another courier. However, I was very pleased with the finished product and with the clear and straightforward fitting instructions.”

“We ordered some samples (which arrived quickly) then, eventually, decided which design we wanted ... and ordered the vertical blinds. They were with us within, I think, 2 days of ordering. They were exactly what we ordered and fitted perfectly. The only issues we had were to do with the "instructions" which were, in our opinion, very poor (as a result, we managed to "assemble" the blinds wrongly first time - cost us some time and effort, but ultimately no real financial cost). The blinds ARE good. Thanks.”

“The order was carried out promptly as scheduled on fitment the was a issue with the fixing brackets. The issue was resolved as soon as possible following the replacement brackets arriving the next day. Good product and works well in our sun room.”
