“Was not Happy as the Blinds were not sewn properly.so I sewed some and glued some my self.”

“The order was carried out promptly as scheduled on fitment the was a issue with the fixing brackets. The issue was resolved as soon as possible following the replacement brackets arriving the next day. Good product and works well in our sun room.”

“I have nothing but praise for Order Blinds Online. I was given all the help I needed to get the measurements right and the blinds turned out to fit perfectly. They were easy to fit and look great. As I ordered 5 blinds 200 x 65cm the saving relative to having a company measure and fit blinds was huge.”

“The online order process was straightforward and simple. The blinds arrived in a reasonable period of time considering they were made to fit. I got a professional builder to fit the blinds for me and he didn't encounter any difficulties. However, I'm less unsatisfied with the way these blinds perform. From the word go I experienced the blind coming out of the plastic run and therefore letting in light. This happens if there is any wind coming through the window blowing on the blind. But I also find happens if the blinds goes slack when you bring them down. I've learned to live with it and if you are careful you can normally avoid this problem happening. However, it shouldn't happen at all. That's why I've given it a rating of "acceptable".”

“Needed to replace kitchen blinds as they were marked by cooking & washing up splashes. Ordered vinyl slats to replace them my order arrived well packed and it was easy to replace slats which came with all fittings now I can wipe clean the slats thanks will be ordering again”

“Blinds are great, however original order turned up with damage from the carriers. This was replaced FOC, but on the replacement parts a further section turned up damaged (again from the packaging this was the carriers) again Order Blinds replaced this unit.”
