“Blinds seem good quality, but two of the blinds that I ordered were covered in metal fragments, where they had been cut to size at the factory but not cleaned up afterwards. I complained and they apologised and said that they would look at quality control in future. I'd spend half an hour removing the fragments and another 30 mins writing an email and attaching photos of the contaminated blinds, they could have at least given me some compensation, or a money off voucher if I was to purchase more blinds.”

“Brilliant company. Super helpful and replied to queries quickly. Sent me out free samples so I could colour match. The blind was absolutely perfectly sized, to the millimetre. Plus, the blinds are a lot less expensive than I've seen in the shops, and with a lot more choice. My blind is now up and looks great.”

“I ordered 3 roller blinds in total, all of different lengths / widths. They we made and delivered very quickly, with all the fixings needed - both for the blinds and the cord safety retainer. Also enclosed were comprehensive fitting instructions and details of how to contact the company if I had any questions whilst installing them, which I didn't need to do as the guide covered everything. They have been up now for a month and I can not recommend them enough - they look great, the rise / lower action is fluid and not juddery or stiff. The colour matched the shade I chose and they blackout the light very well in the mornings - maybe too well lol I'd buy these blinds from this company again”

“I ordered the double white blackout blind for a bathroom that is overlooked. Keeping the thinner blind down all the time does not make the room dark, second blind keeps light out at night. Very easy to fit, looks smart, easy to use,”

“Blind was great. Battery holder was missing and I was not aware the battery holder was separate to the blind (I thought it would be within the blind barrel).”
