“The blind is good quality and came reasonably quickly - although I think the 'next day delivery' needs to be explained more as it wasn't clear whether it was next day after I placed my order, or next day after it was dispatched - I think it was 4 days eventually as there was a weekend in between.”

“An excellent product exactly as advertised. The fitting instructions should be improved - I was unclear regarding the twist to lock feature on the roller blinds and had to phone you for assistance. The slots in the frames need to be more accurate - I fitted the clips exactly as suggested with a credit card and after spending 30 minutes trying to fix the first blind I found that I needed to move the clips to match the slots in the frame! So it is not a simple matter of assembling the frame, inserting the clips and fixing the blinds as you suggest. However now the blinds are installed I am very happy with the product.”

“This level of review is based on the quality of the blinds.if it was based on the delivery company it would be minus 5 .XDP was the courier. There manager promised a refund through yourselves to me, I am still waiting. G Naylor.”
