“Quick turn round of order. Delivered item not quite spot on to that requested but remedied speedily and without question. Prices are competitive as is range of offerings for vertical blinds.”

“The blinds arrived damaged. We didnt find this out until they had been installed as it was the blind fabric itself that was damaged. As the blinds were rolled up it was only after installation when we pulled them down that the two cuts/slits in the fabric were visible. Ensure that you check everything as soon as you open the box as it was too late for us to send anything back given the blinds were attached to the windows by the time we discovered the faults!”

“Price, quality and service good. However, the screws supplied with the fitting kit were too big for the holes in the metal brackets, and there was no provision made in the plastic sleeves, (which fit over the metal brackets), for wall mounting. I used my own screws, and cut out slots to allow the sleeves to push fully on to the brackets.”

“The process of ordering was easy and we received a confirmation fairly quickly. We were notified when the product was being dispatched and it arrived as expected. We were very happy with the product. There was a slight problem in that we had paid extra for nickel pulls and one of the blinds was delivered with a plastic pull cord, I notified them by phone and they sent out a replacement cord with a couple of days.”

“Very helpful I did not give the measurements for the cords for the blinds ie from the top of the blinds to the floor I honestly did not see it on the order form but a quick email & it was sorted very happy with the serve & the blinds are brilliant”
