“We changed the delivery address last minute and OrderBlinds were excellent in accomodating our request and making sure the items arrived at the right place and kept on top of the tracking for us. Further more the blinds were excellent all the sizes were perfect as ordered and the whole delivery was topnotch and we had no issues and the results are fresh and smart and high quality. Many thanks! In summary the Customer service was 100% and I can't think of another company Ihave been abletosay that about in recent times!”

“The blind was delivered a few days later than specified on the original order and i had to chase, no real problem but it did put me behind schedule slightly. Customer services were extremely good, efficient, and pleasant when i chased however. The blind and frame is fantastic, absolute quality and heavy but easy to fit using the guide and fittings supplied and is total blackout. It looks quality and feels sturdy in use - you definitely get what you pay for.”

“Blinds fitted the window perfectly and really do block the light. Instructions to fit were easy to follow (you also have the You Tube video). Mechanism can be a bit “sticky” at times so you do have to do it slowly. But so much better than rival roller blinds (like IKEA which you have to roll down yourself). Delivery took 12 days which is a bit slow but they are bespoke so take time to make. Decent price too.”
