“Needed a waterproof blind for my new wetroom, both windows are different sizes & quite small. But I was able to chose a lovely design, in right choice of fabric, made to measure. Blinds, where delivered within time frame stated. Were good quality, a perfect fit and so easily to install. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again in the future.”

“The blind is lovely, suits the room. It did take a long time to come but it was not a standard size. There was a small hole at the lower part where the light shone through. I think maybe the black-out process missed a spot. I put a sticker on the inside to cover the hole and you wouldn't know.”

“Very poor quality, utterly shocked at the shoddy state of the blind, lasted less than a fortnight before it frayed and wouldn’t sit in the runner, as such it’s in the bin”

As you ordered a Perfect Fit blind, it’s possible that the fabric may have been inserted into the incorrect channel in the side runner, which can unfortunately lead to fraying and the fabric not sitting properly. We take all feedback very seriously and have reviewed the correspondence thoroughly. We would like to clarify that, as outlined in the terms and conditions accepted at the time of purchase, any amendments made to the product after delivery unfortunately void the warranty. In this case, it appears the product was altered before we were contacted about the issue, which prevented us from being able to troubleshoot or offer a solution directly. We’ve been supplying this blind for many years and have full confidence in its quality, design, and our trusted supplier. While no product is completely immune to occasional faults, we always welcome the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns. Regrettably, since the blind was dismantled by your installer prior to any communication with us, we were unable to assess the issue properly or provide assistance.
