“I recently purchased a blind from Order Blinds Online. I used one of my photographs and am thrilled with the results. The resolution is wonderful and the blind fitted perfectly, just slotting in to existing brackets. Am chuffed with my purchase and would definately use again”

“The order was check when the company received it, they checked everything with me which was great and much needed as I had made an error with the order. They help me through the process and made re-order really simple. Good updates on delivery times The blinds are great quality and look lovely. Would highly recommend”

We take all feedback very seriously and have reviewed the correspondence thoroughly. We would like to clarify that, as outlined in the terms and conditions accepted at the time of purchase, any amendments made to the product after delivery unfortunately void the warranty. In this case, it appears the product was altered before we were contacted about the issue, which prevented us from being able to troubleshoot or offer a solution directly. We’ve been supplying this blind for many years and have full confidence in its quality, design, and our trusted supplier. While no product is completely immune to occasional faults, we always welcome the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns. Regrettably, since the blind was dismantled by your installer prior to any communication with us, we were unable to assess the issue properly or provide assistance. We do appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

“Very easy ordering process. Just ensure you use a metal tape measure when calculating the width of blind required. Delivery took around 10 days which is fine as all orders are bespoke. Quality of blind is excellent with little additions that make all the difference.”
