Website easy to navigate. Samples and then order dispatched very quickly. Blinds were easy to fit and colour was true to website picturesand sample. Thermal roller blinds make huge difference to the temperature of the room in the evenings - money well spent. Would definitely use Order Blinds Online again.

Good quality blinds. Not the best finish though (the bottom lacks precision : bar not in the middle and seams not perfect).

The product arrived before the date - which was good - everything was packed, labelled - and clearly shown - a bit of a fiddle with the chain system ( I bought the vertical blackout blinds ) they are okay - they seem to blackout most of the light where required - all in all pleased with product

Blind material is good. Well made. The choice of brackets is standard and left a big gap at top of roll. When asked them about other small brackets to make gap smaller they said it shows the gap in pictures .. it’s covered by marketing.but they advised I buy something off them to cover it. I just think they should have smaller brackets and avoid this. The chain pings open every time you open and close. Which feels like a fault the agent said I can send back at my cost. Not worth the money overall the blind is good but the brackets and chain are no good.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have had a look over the discussion & I'm very sorry to see that you're unhappy with the product. From one of the previous photos you've sent, the chain connector is too close to the chain mechanism. This should be repositioned, it also looks like the mechanism is upside down explaining why it isn't working properly - you would just need to remove the blind from the brackets and rotate the blind. The clear plastic safety clip can then be attached to the side of the recess to tension the chain. We have advised this via email, as we don't believe the chain is faulty although if it is we will happily replace this for you. In regards to the gap above the blind, we do only have one bracket system for 32mm roller blinds, so with top fixing these, this is always going to be the same and therefore unfortunately is not something we can change or resolve for you. Following further discussions, we have offered to make a cassette for you for free, we have just been waiting on a reply from you if you would like to go ahead with this & if you would have enough room to fit this. If you could please follow our advice in regards to the re-positioning of the chain & hopefully this will get the issue resolved for you.

Incorrect size and I had paid for measurement insurance.They said they would replace if I paid at my own cost for the return. Decided to remove blind and affix to my previous tube. Blinds are left winding so you have to await their video on U Tube to alter. Fixings are for above the blind only, not the side.Never told this when ordering.Do not use this company, expensive and poor after sales service.They would not refund my insurance even though I had rectified their error.Buyer beware

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the service provided. Looking into this further for you, I can see you have been communicating with our Customer Services already via phone and email. From a discussion on the phone once you'd received the order, you confirmed you were attempting to side fix the brackets. As advised, our standard roller brackets are not suitable for this. This is due to the 0.5cm recess reduction we make on the width, and as we make this reduction, you do have to bring the brackets in slightly either side to accommodate this. The reductions had also been clarified in a previous email to you prior to ordering & we do make it clear on our website about the fixing methods. As you had said that you cannot top or face fix as the brackets are intended for, we have offered you the no drill brackets as an alternative solution & waived the cost of this as you had the mismeasurement insurance. This isn't something we would usually do, as the insurance covers replacement blinds only, but wanted to provide the best solution in getting this resolved. We have also followed up with you today to see if you would still want these brackets as a solution. You had also not made us aware of fixing the blind yourself, as we would have advised against this. With it being a made to measure blind, tampering with the blind does unfortunately affect the product warranty & we are not sure what video you are waiting on regarding the blinds unwinding as this is not something you've reported. Regarding the insurance, this is an insurance policy in case of an error with the measurements & is non-refundable. Apologies this is not the outcome expected. All the information including having to return your blind to activate the insurance is included in the Ts & Cs all available to view on the website.

The service was second to none, I ordered samples and had them delivered within a few days for free! And then had a follow up email telling me one sample wasn't in stock and it would be sent asap. It arrived a few days later. I then placed my order for a black out roller blind, quickly and easily on the website and it arrived in record time. The blind material itself is very good quality and light doesn't come through it at all. Light does come through around the edges but this can't be helped. The only thing I will say is I upgraded the blind cord to a nickel one and you do have to pull it quite hard to move the blind up and down. I have the roller blind behind my Roman blind and the Roman blind operates significantly smoother than the roller one

Lovely blind - definitely not “easy fit” as stated for me. The wall plugs didn’t fit properly so I used others and it keeps coming loose at the top on one side. It looks lovely though 🙂

The blinds are great - fit perfectly and easy to install. They took a bit longer to arrive that stated, but to be fair, as soon as I contacted customer service to ask when they might arrive, it was dealt with immediately - nice to be able to deal with a real person too! I'll be ordering more for sure.
