“The furniture units were generally good quality and as advertised. There has been a problem with some of the bolt-on legs supplied. Three of the legs failed as the metal insert pulled out of the wooden leg when the nut was tightened. I have received suitable replacements for the first batch of furniture, and am waiting for the second. Better quality control on the legs is needed.”

“We ordered four dining chairs. They are very good quality and value for money. Our first choice was not available but we were offered an alternative which completely meets our requirements and is just as good as the original. Delivery was as promised in relation to date and time. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this company.”

“I dont normally like to post bad reviews on small businesses, and I wouldn't have in this case if I wasn't consistantly spammed requesting I do so. Only Oak Furniture asked for it, so here goes. The website said direct from supplier, I called and and advised a few weeks for delivery. Once I ordered I was told 12-14 weeks. Not ideal but I will wait. No further communication until I emailed after 14 weeks. I was told end of the week. Great. I even got tracking. Then on the day of delivery I was told the delivery was cancelled by the delivery company. I gave it a week or so and emailed again. This time I was told my delivery was delayed due to stock taking at the supplier. Worst excuse ever. I waited a couple of weeks. More tracking was provided, and on the day advised nothing turned up. A couple of days later I emailed again. Tracking was again advised. Final delivery was 22 weeks after I ordered. But guess what, it was damaged, minor damage so gave up and accepted it. I didn't want to wait another 22 weeks. WIll never buy from them again.”
