“Excellent furniture with a perfect smooth finish to the solid oak units. Some handles were missing but one email to CS and all sorted within a very short time frame. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to anyone! Excellent company.”

“Seemed quite long awaiting the delivery slot as my item was already in stock but the item itself when delivered was spotless and exceeded my expectations. Very happy customer and pleased with my purchase.”

“I ordered two pieces of furniture, both of which were delivered in good condition. They also really helped me out by giving a significant price match on one of the items as I wanted to buy a matching set from them, which was really appreciated. Sadly, I had to return both as they didn't quite match my existing suite, and to be clear both items were good quality, delivered intact and entirely in accordance with their web listing. It's just hard to judge colour from a photo! This was well handled by them and the return was painless. Great service and really competitive prices. Highly recommended.”

“Good value for money. Instructions needed to be clearer - we ended up with the middle support sections along the length of the bed pRtly upside down requiring us to undo quite bit. Maybe down and up arrows would be helpful.”

“I was looking to purchase a dining table and scouring the internet for the best price. Only Oak were keenly priced although not the very cheapest. Having had initial interactions with Only Oak and another two (slightly cheaper) internet retailers it was clear to me that Only Oak were a very well run company with excellent and prompt customer service so I ordered from them. Unfortunately for me during the ordering process my browser auto-completed only my post code wrong (previous address) so I didn't spot it and my delivery ended up failing. The manner and speed in which Only Oak sorted out the problem was extremely impressive and professional. I have no hesitation recommending this company even over slightly cheaper ones.”
