“Recently purchased 2 display cabinets and a small cupboard at a cost of over £1200. I am a little disappointed with the cabinets. The shelves are not solid, as pictured, and the back is like something you would find on IKEA furniture. Although, I do like the glass sides very much. Would I have bought them if I'd seen them in a store at over £500 each? Mmm, not sure. I guess you get what you pay for, although these aren't exactly cheap as chips. Delivery and communication was a little slow. The delivery guys were pleasant and brought the furniture inside. I'd probably purchase from Only Oak Furniture again, but would be more selective.”

“Great table. Does the job. I put things on it. They stay there. Assembly instructions could have been clearer. Would be nice to know the best way to maintain the beech wood surface.”

“Great customer service from Claire - we bought several pieces of furniture and had to delay delivery several times due to postponed house move. Claire made sure the deliveries were put on hold each time, re-scheduled and always responded to my emails promptly. Lovely pieces of furniture. One item came with a slight fault which Claire sorted out to my satisfaction promptly. Deliveries came on-time, on correct days and very friendly delivery drivers.”

“Superb customer service with good communication throughout. My chest of drawers was delivered quicker than their anticipated wait - as it was initially out of stock. The delivery experience couldn’t have been easier and again very good communication throughout. The delivery men carried it upstairs for me, too. Thank you. And my chest of drawers is beautiful.
