“Very nice set of drawers but the back panel looks a bit cheap. A coat of wood stain made it match the rest of the unit. Delivery was not good. We had no notice it was coming and if the driver had come an hour later we would not have been in as we were going away for the weekend. I see you charge for redelivery.”

“Really pleased with our purchase of a Bordeaux dresser, we looked for quality & found it at Only Oak Furniture as the dresser has dovetail joints & soft close doors. The dresser came well wrapped in polystyrene & strong cardboard but unfortunately the solidity & weight caused some problems as we had to get help to remove it,by then the delivery men were long gone! The dresser was undamaged,excellent”

“I ordered the Z Design console for my hallway. It arrived promptly with good delivery people. The console looks great, is of good quality and slimline with useful draws.”

“Staggeringly poor quality. Apparently this is what they consider as a acceptable after ‘a rigorous series of quality checks before items are despatched’. Not expensive but not cheap either; however, at any price would this would fail a GSCE design project. Apart from the appalling gaps in the ‘joints’, they couldn’t even screw the hooks on square. I can’t recommend anyone who would think this is was ok to despatch.”

We do our best to quality check all of our furniture before it is dispatched but I understand that sometimes things can slip through the net whilst shipping directly from our suppliers. I only wish you had emailed us so we could have tried to rectify the problem when it had arrived. “Looks very nice, we have not assembled it yet, waiting for old table to be collected first. Only criticism is all the washers, screws, etc were not in the supplied bag and we had to try and collect everything scattered around the box, some of the washers are missing. I’m guessing this table has been repackaged.”

“Good quality sideboard at a fair price: I couldn't find it cheaper elsewhere. Arrived with minor damage (probably made before packing) that was quickly repaired by a furniture technician to look as new. Good support by Only Oak Furniture throughout.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the furniture received from Only Oak Furniture, and the ordering / delivery experience overall. The company were easy to contact by phone or email with queries answered promptly and politely. They also kept me well informed of the order / delivery progress (their local delivery couriers BJS also excellent). My only slight gripe was the £60 return charge of a lamp table (design not suitable), even though I am keeping over £1350's worth of furniture. Yes I had read the Return T&C's and understand the current spiralling transportation cost's, but just a tad steep I think. Otherwise excellent thanks.”
