“Customer services either ignored my queries, or were very slow replying. Delivery dates failed, final delivery was late and not positive. Product looks nice, but draw runners are not up to the price bracket. Looking elsewhere next time.”

Hello Peter We are sorry this is the experience you have had with us. I can see you received your item some time ago now. We were made aware of issues with our courier company and have since rectified this and are now using a new courier's delivery service. With regards to the drawer runners, they are advertised as wooden runners on this product, we are sorry if you feel they do not meet your standards on this occasion.

“I have given 5 stars solely on the furniture not customer service or delivery. the furniture was of good quality and very nice I ordered a small two door sideboard which I am pleased with. The only negative I had was when ordered they said between 10 and 20 days delivery this however took nearly 4 months to arrive due to shipping container problems which I understand was not the company’s fault but if I had not got in touch with them I don’t think they would have been bothered to let me know when I could expect a delivery each time I was told different estimated delivery dates which also over ran.However I was offered a full refund if I didn’t want to wait.”

“Delivery 3 months ! It was delivered while I was on Holiday and left outside ! I had told them I was away and to give me a delivery date which they ignored ! The actual sideboard is very nice.”

“I found Only Oak Furniture purely by chance as I searched for a very specific item - a desk which is not a desk when not in use! When I compared the product with other companies there was absolutely no question on quality and style - it surpassed them all. My order arrived well within the delivery time-frame, and was perfect! My Hidden desk is exactly what I was looking for, and when closed up, my dining room no longer looks like an abandoned office! The quality of the build and materials used is very high. I'm very impressed with it. If I had to find one complaint, it is that the drawer (actual workstation section) is prone to sliding in and out - it could do with some form of 'stopper' to prevent this. Alternatively, a suggestion which might improve the item is to retain the drawer as a drawer which would house the laptop when not in use, but include a slide out platform between the top of the drawer and the unit top which would be the work area when in use - this would make the workstation slightly higher (I'm quite small, so it works fine for me as it is, but a taller person might struggle a bit). I tried to add 2 photos, but couldn't, sorry.”

“Custmer service is very poor. I nearly missed my delivery. First they gave two potential quite apart different delivery dates, and at the end delivered on completely different date without bothering to informing me about the final date and time.”
