“I ordered dining table and 4 chairs says fully assembled came flat-packed very disappointed for that was a reason I bought it I don't know how how an old age pensioner like me is going to put it all together feel very let down😔”

“Upon request to return an unopened item that was no longer required to either have full refund or swap I was told I would be charged £60 !!!!!! Don't Think So !!!!!!!”

We do have a returns policy in place to protect both us and the customer with insured collections from our couriers.
