“Although express delivery was booked and promised for Saturday, the package did not arrive until theTuesday. When it arrived, the main outside packing box had burst open, and the contents were loose inside. The product box had also burst open and a couple of small items were loose inside the main box. The package had suffered some rough treatment in transit, and the lamentably poor packing and lack of padding to fill the excess space meant that contents were considerably knocked about. The bulb survived without breaking. The lamp has not yet been assembled, and although there is no list of contents to check, all components seem to be present.”

“Delivery was super quick sooner and im happy with how the light looks, but i was surprised to see how there was nothing inside the box to protect the light. No extra bubble wrap, or like thereof. The smaller contents of the box were not packaged at all and were floating about at the bottom of the box. The light was in a plastic bag which wasnt secured. Also, a couple of the plastic lamp holders were bent, and i had to straighten these out. Im hoping it still works. There were no instructions included on how to fit the crystals either. I mean, i know i got the item on sale, but i didnt expect this.”

“I ordered three large lights and paid for express delivery. About 24 hours later I received an email to say the items were out of stock and would not be in stock until around 21st December. I would not have ordered these products if the website had stated they were out of stock and now I am stuck having paid for the lights and express delivery and no lights.”

“I ordered some lights in which it said it would take 3-5 working days. I booked an electrician to for them 8 days after. The lights didn’t arrive, I had cancel to electrician. I emailed and they said it would be approx 19th November. And again I booked the electrons and had to cancel again. I emailed and have had no reply, it’s is now the 26th November and I am really disappointed with the service!”

“Really pleased with the light and On Line Lighting. Ordered late Thursday and it came on Monday, well packaged with extra bubble wrap and taped fragile. Also being fair to the dpd driver it appeared he handled it with care as not with the rest of the packages.”

“Firstly I have sent an email to Online Lighting on their website regarding my order. I have NOT received a reply to date regarding this as of 25.11.20. The Standard Light I received - the Cord was TWISTED in 2 places, hence the main structure is a bit 'UNSTEADY'. The Clips for the Globe Light was VERY TIGHT, hence the Globe itself could not be placed on top. l have had to PURCHASE A REGULAR Lamp Shade to COMPENSATE FOR THIS. NOT HAPPY having to do this. I had initially noted the previous Reviews, hence my purchasing of this item. Rather DISAPPOINTED. However, as it will cost me to send back, I shall not be returning. Hence only 3 STARS. (:-(”

“Discovered this website whilst looking for a modern square shaped bathroom light. The product arrived on the Monday after ordering on the Sunday earlier than expected! I need another light for our dining room and shall go back to their website as a seem to have an excellent range of modern and traditional lights.”

“Ordered ceiling light and bulbs which were quickly shipped. Unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver on pre-arranged day after taking a day off work. The items were then returned to online lighting by courier and after emails and online chats a refund never happened until approx 3 weeks later. Only refunded for 1 item and after contacting about receiving full refund i got no reply again........very poor service”
