I purchased the remote controled, battery operated picture light and I am very impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. Delivery was great and on time. Unfortunately the remote control sent with the light doesn’t work. I have sent an enquiry into customer service so will see how responsive they are before giving more stars.

These lights are lovely but unfortunately one of the bulbs is missing from the park which ruins the whole thing

I am currently awaiting my non delivery of goods to be sorted out by Customer Services. Certainly the service of delivery was quick but I still don't have my goods. I feel the non delivery is due to the carrier "Hermes" saying that my goods had been delivered when they had not. Hopefully, I will receive my goods soon, and then I will award 5 stars!

Paid extra for faster delivery, thought that meant lamp and bulbs. Bulbs arrived next day but lamp not here yet. When the invoice came through it said 3-5 working days, didn't see that when I ordered it. Very disappointed with the service.

Online Lighting dispatched the order on time. However, the courier has failed to deliver or have lost the parcel as it is still showing out for delivery. Tried to contact the company but still waiting on a reply.

Product is marvellous and very well priced. Unfortunately I received no e-mail acknowledgement of order or a reply to a query I sent to you. This morning product arrived with no notification of it being delivered, which was a surprise, as it was showing on your website as "out of stock" luckily I was in the house.

Product is good, delivery time was excellent, but only once they actually sent it!! Item showed as ‘In stock’, I paid for delivery in 1-2 days, item arrived 5 days later, no answers to emails and finally got through on the online chat, no reasons given.

I ordered 2 outdoor lamps and the bulbs. There was a long delay with delivery as the bulbs were not in stock and there was no communication other than my emails chasing the order. When the product finally arrived I was pleased with the quality it was just the lack of customer care.

Looks gorgeous, unfortunately it was delivered damaged, which for a £100 lamp is not very good. Very nervously managed to straighten it, but very nearly sent it back !!

I ordered light on 7 January and received an automatic acknowledgement of my order. I am now awaiting further news of despatch date. Difficult to review so little activity. I suggest you schedule request for reviews further down the line!

Love my light , but i was very close to not accepting it from the courier because the box was battered and completely open underneath, thankfully light survived

Delivery was super quick sooner and im happy with how the light looks, but i was surprised to see how there was nothing inside the box to protect the light. No extra bubble wrap, or like thereof. The smaller contents of the box were not packaged at all and were floating about at the bottom of the box. The light was in a plastic bag which wasnt secured. Also, a couple of the plastic lamp holders were bent, and i had to straighten these out. Im hoping it still works. There were no instructions included on how to fit the crystals either. I mean, i know i got the item on sale, but i didnt expect this.

Firstly I have sent an email to Online Lighting on their website regarding my order. I have NOT received a reply to date regarding this as of 25.11.20. The Standard Light I received - the Cord was TWISTED in 2 places, hence the main structure is a bit 'UNSTEADY'. The Clips for the Globe Light was VERY TIGHT, hence the Globe itself could not be placed on top. l have had to PURCHASE A REGULAR Lamp Shade to COMPENSATE FOR THIS. NOT HAPPY having to do this. I had initially noted the previous Reviews, hence my purchasing of this item. Rather DISAPPOINTED. However, as it will cost me to send back, I shall not be returning. Hence only 3 STARS. (:-(

I was delighted that my light was on its way to me so soon after ordering. So that’s the good bit. However, it didn’t arrive as promised. Hermes promised delivery Thursday between 4 pm -6 pm but claimed first of all the courier had issue with access(?) There are no access issues whatsoever.,I am very conveniently located. Then it was claimed I wasn’t in. I’d been in all day! Cooking in my kitchen right at the front of my house so I’d see anybody coming to my door. No card was left. So disappointed that my light didn’t arrive. Hence only 3 stars.
