“It can take an age to identify the bulb one needs by looking on line. Once the order went in with fingers crossed the product arrived very swiftly, and it turned out to be the correct bulb!”

“Products look good value and a great range. 1 grumble was delivery condition. I received x 2 6ft LED Batten lights and the packaging was open and squashed even though labelled FRAGILE!, the APC driver said it was like that when he picked them up from depot? The products inside were undamaged and thankfully worked. Obsevation: The box they were sent out in was too big (could probably get x 6 in) so maybe pack some cardboard into the box to incease integrity. Positive note: Lights are installed and work great!!!”

“The order process and delivery was very good. The quality I of the light was good but unfortunately not suitable for the place we wanted it so need to return it. I am disappointed that having paid for postage on order to return the item I have to travel a distance and pay an additional £5.99 which makes this an expensive purchase/return.”
