“I ordered a light but unfortunately it wasn’t as nice as it looked online. Laura in customer service organised a return for me and she was extremely helpful. The item was collected from my house and after speaking to Laura again to chase my return, she ensured the refund went through immediately. Even though the light wasn’t right this time, because of how my order and return was handled I will 100% order from then again. Well done Laura & Thank you”
