It quickly became clear that recovering my lost money was going to be an uphill battle. I felt stuck, frustrated, and unsure of what to do next. I ended up confiding in a trusted friend and shared the entire ordeal. Their response was immediate—they urged me to report the issue to NOVARECOUP.ORG. I was skeptical but grateful for the advice, so I decided to give it a try. To my absolute surprise, I got my money back within a week. The speed and success of the recovery were far beyond anything I expected.

I would not recommend buying from here in my experience. They do not deliver next day, no facility to cancel, the return method that you have pay for does not work, customer service email does not reply to you to work together to solve and there is no telephone number to speak to someone - one of the worst stressful experiences i have had with a company in a long time as I paid for a produce and a return that neither are any use to me 😡

I would like to give you a good review,unfortunately it's not possible.FedEx should have delivered the light this morning,I had an email to say 'sorry I missed you'. I was here all day,the garage door was up so it was obvious I was here.Nobody rang the bell or knocked. I don't believe they did try to deliver it.They say they will try to deliver on Tuesday before 6 pm.This is ridiculous,most delivery companies can give an estimated time.Its not the first time I have had issues with fedex.An online chat with them was a waste of time,just said they hope it doesn't happen again.I know I will be out part of Tuesday so if this happens again what do I do? I still haven't received my item!! I do not reccomend this company I think it is a scam. It was supposed to be next day delivery, it has now been a week. I have hear nothing!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

The wall light is simple and usable, unfortunately online lighting did not advise at time of placing order 30/11/24 and taking payment that same was out of stock until 15/01/25, and after i sent them numerous emails asking for update or refund I received no reply it was only when I contacted paypal that I received an email next day to say item had been dispatched !!!, sorry but I would not recommend purchasing from this company

Terrible customer service. First up our item was very late in arriving even though the website talks about how quick items would be despatched. When we chased this up it was then despatched. Then our items arrived and were faulty and we emailed customer service to explain. They initially responded saying they would send replacement lights and we he haven’t heard a word since despite us emailing 4 or 5 times to follow up. Extremely dissappointed and very poor customer service.

I have not yet received the lamp because the carrier used by Online Lighting, Fedex, has twice (without prior warning as to the time) attempted delivery when I am not at home. The third attempt will be made today at some unknown time before 6pm, but again I am not at home. Other delivery companies offer alternative options (such as leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour) but not Fedex (or perhaps Online Lighting as precluded this in their instructions to Fedex). Either way ... so far, so unimpressed ....

Only giving 1 star as have to give something. Terrible company, firstly light fitting arrived with parts missing they were going to be sent out, ok fine. Electrician had removed our old bathroom light, fitted this new light and the light itself did not work so he had to remove the faulty fitting and replace it with our old light fitting. £40 it cost me for that little exercise! Online lighting company did refund the cost of the light fitting eventually, however Online lighting company will not cover electricians expenses even though it was their faulty fitting that caused the problem. I made the original complaint to them in April, twice I chased them and no response to my request to cover the electrician cost. I got an email from them last week (august) in which they referred to me as she! Who am I the cats mother!!! Very shoddy customer service would not recommend them at all
