“I was delighted that my light was on its way to me so soon after ordering. So that’s the good bit. However, it didn’t arrive as promised. Hermes promised delivery Thursday between 4 pm -6 pm but claimed first of all the courier had issue with access(?) There are no access issues whatsoever.,I am very conveniently located. Then it was claimed I wasn’t in. I’d been in all day! Cooking in my kitchen right at the front of my house so I’d see anybody coming to my door. No card was left. So disappointed that my light didn’t arrive. Hence only 3 stars.”

“Sadly my lamp arrived very quickly but had a little ‘nick’ out of it at the top of lamp... I was disappointed so took photos and emailed the customer service dept..... Hey presto I’m getting a new replacement lamp no quibbles ......😃 So I’m very happy with everything now, ok it’s not arrived yet but I’m a happy enough customer and wouldn’t hesitate to order again or recommend the website all good..!”

“I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the communication I received throughout the delivery process. Delivery was in fact ahead of time. My only issue is that the light does not come assembled and the assembly is too complicated for someone like me with arthritic hands so I am going to have to pay the electrician more than planned. Other outlets were selling the light ready assembled and it would have been better value for me to have purchased through them.”

“I ordered some bulbs, you took payment and then informed me that they were out of stock.I currently have no indication of when they will be received. You should not take payment if you are unable to fulfil the order or at least provide an indicated delivery date.”

“Item was received more quickly than I expected. Notification from Online Lighting that item had been despatched would have helped as first we knew was the courier company contacting us. We were somewhat concerned that company does not give a telephone contact number but they answered an email question promptly.”

“Delivery was yesterday and the electrician is coming today to fit so have not seen what they look like up yet. Delivery was quicker than expected and Laura in sales was brilliant with our order. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone Sue Buckinghamshire”
