“Very disappointed with their Customer Services which is not available to talk to. If they responded to emails promptly would help but it seems they purposely avoid responding so items are sent even though it may have needed to be changed because they are taking too long to fulfill an order. I would not use them again. A positive for them was that items were cheaper than other suppliers.”

“We received 40 bulb heavy duty garden lights two days after we ordered them. Excellent service, good communication and gorgeous product, exactly what we wanted. Two of the bulbs didn’t work, sadly, and now trying to reorder, if this is executed efficiently and swiftly nothing but praise for ‘Online Lighting’ - thankyou”

“Delivery was exceptionally speedy. Light for bedroom looks good although not yet fitted. Outdoor wall lights again not yet fitted but seem good for price. Packing was first rate as was communication of despatch.”
