Customer service totally unreasonable and refused request for an exchange for lights which are unopened / touched. I understand the 30 day refund limit had passed but we were only looking for an exchange for lights more suitable, even with this in mind they wouldn't budge their stance .Our electrician was ill which is why we didn't find out sooner they were incorrect. The company would not loose any money but we are now left with over £500 worth of lights we cannot use.

Thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately the timeframe for returning these items has considerably expired. We believe 30 days is a generous amount of time for customers to decide on suitability. We cannot seem to locate any communication within the said period notifying us of the challenges now being advised. We also note from your initial email of 16th January there was no request to exchange the lights. To be fair to all our customers the terms and conditions of return are the same for all and these are set out on our website for customers to peruse prior to placing an order. The Customer Care Team

Took my money and no sign of delivery. They could not even be bothered to chase it up when I queried it. I Eventually requested a refund. Apparently, they will ask the courier to send it back to them and then raise a refund. So, the courier can send it back to them but can’t sent it to me? This is suspicious to say the least - or just unprofessional. Either way, don’t touch as cannot be trusted.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. All carriers faced considerable challenges this past Christmas season due to many more businesses using carriers instead of Royal Mail due to their strikes. The delivery network became extremely congested. We accept that delays occurred that were frustratingly out of our control. Every order which left us was monitored by a dedicated team on a daily basis without fail until delivery took place or other resolution was reached with the intended recipient. While we did request your parcel be returned to us it still has not arrived but obviously we refunded you immediately as issues with carriers are our responsibility and not that of our customers. Over 4 weeks to deliver item. Given 3 delivery dates! Website said in stock!! On the plus side item looks great.

If you can find it elsewhere, then do. Firstly I received the wrong light, after two months and spending hours trying to get in touch with this company, I finally received the correct light. One of the 15 glass shades was broken and again my messages go ignored. It’s been 4 months since I ordered the light. I’m very disappointed with this company.

Very poor service, lack of communication and ignore emails and social media ! Item only sent when I advised it was in fact In stock and not as they had advised stuck in Transit due to brexit and covid !

I ordered from lampandlight co on the 25th December 2020 and nothing came 4th February 2021 still nothing they won't answer phone or emails so essentially they have stolen my cash DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a light from this company and I have questions about it - I have sent 2 messages to this company and they have still not responded - they are more interested in my writing a review than offering customer service in my opinion.

I initially had problems with delivery dates and lack of follow up to emails however I then had contact with a lady named Catherine Smith at Lyco who resolved the issues I had had with Online lighting very quickly and much to my satisfaction. Based on this I would recommend Online lighting the products I have are looking as good as I imagined they would when up. In the end great proactive Customer Service.
