I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the communication I received throughout the delivery process. Delivery was in fact ahead of time.
My only issue is that the light does not come assembled and the assembly is too complicated for someone like me with arthritic hands so I am going to have to pay the electrician more than planned. Other outlets were selling the light ready assembled and it would have been better value for me to have purchased through them.
