“I really rate the products by botl for a couple of reasons. I was pleased to purchase a replacement lid as we had dropped a botl that we have had gor a couple of years and the lid had cracked. Also purchased a larger teal beauty and a bottle carrier with space for keys and phone. Really pleased with that as I walk alot and that means I can take some water and my keys etc and dog treats for the hound. A great addition!”

“I have used one green bottle for the past 7 years. Their bottles are always reliable. My family each have a 800ml bottle to keep in our bags. They've been up mountains and along cycle rides with us. My latest purchase is the 1.2l bottle to sit on my desk at work to lower the number of times I need to refill during the day. I was very happy to find my favourite colour in the sale.”

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. So sorry to hear you're disappointed with our postage fee. Unfortunately, the price is determined by Royal Mail, and we don't make a profit on this. We did for a time have our caps with integrated postage, making them £10 each, and we took a small loss. However, customer research showed us that customers preferred to buy multiple caps at a time, which spread out the shipping cost, so we made it more cost-effective to have the shipping price separate. I do understand your frustration on this, and making replacement parts more affordable is something we are looking into with different shipping options. We are proud to offer replacement parts, which a lot of our competitors do not, as we want to promote sustainability, and fixing rather than replacing culture.

“I have two of the epic bottles and I love them! I really would not drink as much water as I do without them. They stay so cold for so long, especially when you put ice in the bottle as well (the opening leaves lots of room for this too!)”

“This is the 5th One green bottle I have had and I usually absolutely love them, hence why I continue to order. My most recent one is 800ml and I’m disappointed with its ability to keep my water cool. My past bottles have kept drinks cold for a long time but this one only seems to last an hour maximum. 🥺”

“I love my little 350 Evolution marshmallow BOTL. So nice to hold and easily refillable and cleanable. I don't find I need the straw - a bit faffy. I wanted a bigger one and ordered an EPIC 750 - but I have to say that I don't like how it feels to carry - a bit fat and cumbersome with the carry hook thing. So i will be going back to Evolution. But I really love the feel and look of the products. Well worth the extra £.”
