“Materials seem really good. Nice weight, solid. My only issue is that ordering from the website is really awkward. Only certain colours available in certain sizes, accessories too expensive, and bundled accessories only available in a specific colour. Not sure why the sloops do not fit the 1200ml bottles yet there are pictures on the website showing them being used on these sizes. Also, the website chat bot is totally useless. So, product is good, but website and ordering experience is not.”

“The leaflet inside the parcel claims 25 bottles are restored from the ocean for the sale of each bottle, but the packaging says 50 bottles are claimed from the ocean?”

“I used the chat bot to ask a question and I didn't receive a response, even after waiting week I like the products, I have bought before and I will again. The best thing is being able to replace lids without having to buy a whole new bottle.”

“Really pleased with the bottle so far, love the colour, the straw, the handle, keeps things cold for a long time. Can't complain so far! Looked into the sustainability credentials for a while before picking one green bottle, as it's too easy for companies to greenwash these days, but one green bottle sounds legitimate and are working to improve 👍”

“I like the concept of the company. Unfortunately the baby bottles i bought didn't work functionally. I also had a problem with one of the items which was sorted eventually by customer service.”

“Love the colour (mangrove) & general aesthetics of the bottle, feels well constructed too. My only gripe, easily rectified, is that the drinking straw is too long, so needed to be shortened by half a centimetre. Other than, love it.”

“This would have been 5* if you kept the straws as they used to be. I lost my bottle when I took it on holiday - yes I took it because it is that good! - but all the newer bottles have these rubbish spaghetti straws and my new bottle - which now is only available in grey :( - has one of these rubbish straws instead of the good old stuff ones you used to do - please bring these back!!”

“I purchased a bottle in an independent store in Cambridge and loved it, so I decided to get my mum one for Christmas. The metal straws are great (so much more durable and nicer to drink from than the plastic straw bottles supermarkets sell) and my water stays cool - I haven't used the bottle for hot drinks but it seems to be well insulated! The outside of the one I bought a month or so ago hasn't scratched, either, and I carry my bottle everywhere with me. The new bottle arrived quickly and while I loved the minimal packaging, the branding on the outside gave away her Christmas gift (the parcel arrived while I was at work and she took it from the postman.) While I love the products and definitely think the company deserves as much promotion as possible, perhaps there could be a "plain packaging" option during the month of December? I was so excited to surprise her and she didn't buy that I bought it for anyone else as I talked her out of buying herself one just a little while ago! But that minor inconvenience is my only complaint - the products themselves are perfect and I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I bought several stainless steel leakproof cups as Christmas presents. The company was helpful and easy to deal with although disappointingly they had sold out of the non-floral colours. I haven't tested the cups but they look good.”

“The whole family love these bottles and thermal cups. They are pretty robust and have lasted well for my 5 and 7 year old. Easy to open and stable (so they don't fall over). My only gripe are the range of colours. My husband had a bright yellow one that I managed to displace on holiday , but couldn't get the same colour and the large thermal mugs (which have been a game changer for keeping my work cup of tea/coffee hot), are no only available in dark grey. But very happy with the products. Does exactly what it says.”
