“Fabulous bottles. I was so happy to find something that felt and looked good while being practical and sustainable. However, I will mention the caps are super brittle. My daughter dropped her bottle on its first day out of the box (as you do when you are little - or big!!) and the drinking cap broke.”

“Very good quality but the plastic cap broke even when I was careful with it and only hand washed. I’ve ordered a replacement so I hoping it was just a faulty one it’ll last for a few years.”

“Product is fantastic, very high quality and I love it so far! However, I paid £4.20 for “24-48h delivery” and it arrived 4 days later (admittedly, one of the days was a Sunday)”

“Great quality and lovely colours, just a shame that you can’t always get replacement lids in the pretty colour of the bottle you spent a bit of money on. Having said that the availability of replacement lids of any colour is a huge thing if you have clumsy teenagers and don’t want to throw something away just because it got dropped!”

“Love the bottles and the new powder coating makes them much tougher. The postage cost seem really high (£2.20 for a letter sized package worth 25p is a lot!). But really love the products.”

“The bottle looks fab. Just as I thought it would. It keeps the water cool and it makes it feel fresh even when it is quite a few hours old. The one problem is suction- the straw seems too long for the 500ml bottle and sucking is hard work. When I release the straw the suction is powerful and my lip is in a vacuum- disappointing. My daughter has the 800ml one and the bottom of the straw is a different shape and there are no suction problems.”

“Bottles are lovely and don’t get that terrible smell like plastic ones. Easy to clean too. Even tough canteen keep water cool. The sports cap okay as small valve comes out too easily and had to buy two replacements already. Shame there isn’t a silicone cover like ones you get on glass water bottles. I have the neoprene jacket for it but stitching on one coming off. Unfortunately kids not fan of the jackets so taken the bottle out, obviously dropped it and has dented on the bottom. Great selection of colours too. Fast and tracked shipping. Would recommend but hope to see some improvements.”

“It’s great the bottles are sustainable, light and look good. However they get damaged on the bottom if you drop them and then they don’t stand up straight which is annoying.”

“I've been hunting for a good, large-sized bottle for a long time. It's hard to find a good middle-ground between fair pricing and good quality. Well, OGB delivered on that front. I bought one of the Epic Sized Steel Bottles and it arrived in no time at all. Packaging was good and getting it out wasn't an issue. The bottle itself is the perfect size for what I was hoping for, big enough to fill once in the morning and last all day long; keeping my cold drinks respectably cool and my hot drinks pleasantly warm. I also bought the Epic Glug Cap. Unfortunately, this cap is the reason my review is 4/5. The cap works as it should and I love the screw-cap design for the drinking hole. My singular gripe is that when tilted on its side or upside down, the side of the cap (screwing the Glug Cap on leaves some of the thread exposed, no matter how hard I attempt to turn the cap (within reason)) leaks a little. Not a terrible amount, but enough to be noticed. Besides that though, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this bottle and I'll certainly be purchasing more in the near future!”

“Excellent products. However, I recently bought replacement tops for the tough bottles we've had for a while, and was surprised by the wasteful cardboard tubes with lids they were individually supplied in. Disappointing.”

Hi there, thanks for your review. For many people, they order single replacement caps, so it's ideal packaging to send them a cap as it is with a label on, hence us using strong cartons. They are recycled and can be recycled. Thanks

“I really like the one green bottles, I use mine everyday and have had no problems. My daughters however did come with a faulty lid, which I raised with the company and asked for a replacement, but got a really unhelpful response. I ended up having to purchase a new lid which made the bottle as a whole quite expensive. So good, but pricey!”

“The bottle I have purchased is good, leakproof (so far!) and was packaged well. I was slightly disappointed at the way the design on the bottle was printed. I find the website is a little poorly organised, and on a mobile phone I was unable to see the full product pictures. Some product descriptions need updated or expanded on.”
