“I purchased a bottle in an independent store in Cambridge and loved it, so I decided to get my mum one for Christmas. The metal straws are great (so much more durable and nicer to drink from than the plastic straw bottles supermarkets sell) and my water stays cool - I haven't used the bottle for hot drinks but it seems to be well insulated! The outside of the one I bought a month or so ago hasn't scratched, either, and I carry my bottle everywhere with me. The new bottle arrived quickly and while I loved the minimal packaging, the branding on the outside gave away her Christmas gift (the parcel arrived while I was at work and she took it from the postman.) While I love the products and definitely think the company deserves as much promotion as possible, perhaps there could be a "plain packaging" option during the month of December? I was so excited to surprise her and she didn't buy that I bought it for anyone else as I talked her out of buying herself one just a little while ago! But that minor inconvenience is my only complaint - the products themselves are perfect and I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I bought several stainless steel leakproof cups as Christmas presents. The company was helpful and easy to deal with although disappointingly they had sold out of the non-floral colours. I haven't tested the cups but they look good.”

“The whole family love these bottles and thermal cups. They are pretty robust and have lasted well for my 5 and 7 year old. Easy to open and stable (so they don't fall over). My only gripe are the range of colours. My husband had a bright yellow one that I managed to displace on holiday , but couldn't get the same colour and the large thermal mugs (which have been a game changer for keeping my work cup of tea/coffee hot), are no only available in dark grey. But very happy with the products. Does exactly what it says.”

“I ordered the coloured stainless steel bottle. Perfect for my needs though a bit heavier than expected so avoid taking it on walks. Perfectly slim it fits in the cars' cupholder.”

“Bottle looks and work great. I have ordered two of them. One through Amazon and one directly. One I have ordered through amazon broke after it fell down. One drawback is there is string to take the bottle. So taking around the bottle is little hard.”

“I love your bottles and all 3 of my children and myself use them, I won't trust any other bottle. However I have just ordered the new supergreen caps to replace the classic ones that are a bit grubby now and the kids hate them. They have tried with and without a straw attached and all say the same thing, they are too hard to drink through. Massively disappointed and now have to go and order new classic ones again.”

“My bottle is great, keeps my water cold and the lid does not leak. My only disappointment is the tiger print, one tiger is very stretched out of shape”

“The bottles are very nice, unfortunately not as sturdy as anticipated as the cap broke after one day. The dissapointing aspect was the same colour cap isn't available as a replacement online and after buying 3 bottles when wanting to buy a replacement cap i have to pay the same shipping cost.”

“Love the brand. The only negative is that the base of the bottle is too wide to fit in the drinks bottle pocket of a school bag. This is disappointing as I bought them as kids school water bottles.”
