“I recently ordered a small bottle and carry handle for my 1 year old granddaughter. Her 6 year old sister has had her larger one from your company for years - a little battered now, but still in use with the addition of a replacement lid a couple of years ago, a carrying handle at Christmas and replacement straws which I added to my order. Delivery was quick and I have no hesitation in recommending your company, both for the quality of goods and its ethos in helping to counter our ‘throw away’ society.”

“We've now had three large water bottles for about a month and used them plenty. Their customer service - second to none. I placed the order SUPER close to Christmas and the amazing, friendly and incredibly efficient lady who responded to me reacted like a whippet! My bottles were picked and packed within hours and arrived on time. They are beautiful. We have three 1.2l bottles (Tough Canteen) and the colours are gorgeous. Though massive, they do fit all of our backpacks. They are stable on surfaces and easy to drink out of. They are supplied with the standard lids with silicone straws but I also purchased stainless steel caps and we use those. I prefer my water mildly cold to room temp and the bottle keeps it drinkable for over 24 hours. However, one of my children likes the water cold and has said that it gets too warm to drink within a few hours. They also seem to have a very thin wall so washing them in hot water burns your hand from the outside. Equally, filling them with very cold water will keep all your adjacent items cold too. ;) TL;DR Beautiful, stable and large but will not keep your water cold for long. Customer service AMAZING.”

Because I like mine so much it has inspired me to get a water filter fitted and I know I am carry good water in a great bottle. I have also had the pleasure of contacting the company and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and actual humans which is getting rare these day. We use polypropylene for the caps, as it is easily recyclable and the safest plastic that doesn’t leach any unhealthy toxins into your drinks. This does make the material slightly more brittle than softer plastics, which have a shorter span of recycling and leach unhealthy toxins into your drinks. If dropped many times it can then break. Our warranty covers manufacturing issues, but not accidental damage, such as falls. We are proud to offer replacement parts, which a lot of our competitors do not, as we want to promote sustainability, and fixing rather than replacing culture. If you are concerned that your bottle is likely to be dropped, we recommend caps like our all-steel cap. As a B Corp business, we ensure nothing needs to go into landfill. Many thanks

“I LOVE these bottles and bought 5 of them. I feel they r the healthiest option on the market for my baby and the stainless steel is very sturdy when we drop them. One thing that would be great to make it 6 stars rating would be more options of teats, slow medium and fast flow. Only medium flow as a unique option doesn’t work for all babies at all ages. My son is 10 months and since he is 7 months I had to replace the teats with other fast flow silicon ones as those are medium. Nevertheless I can only warmly recommend those bottles. They are so pretty, easy to hold. We love them! ❤️”

“I really like my bottle, how well it works at keeping my drinks warm and how easily it comes apart and can be cleaned. It looks very stylish and is exactly what I wanted. I have been a bit worried about the lid breaking eventually as it’s that sort of brittle plastic but I’m pleased that it feels really positive in opening and closing, and lids can always be bought separately, which is great! I am recommending to anyone interested!”
