“Brilliant idea to save kids from the perils of microplastics but the teets that come with the bottle have an ineffective vent so they collapse and the baby has to suck very hard to get the milk. I think if you position the vent at the top it helps but hard to do this as you can only see where it is from inside the bottle. Maybe could do with a better effective vent in the teet.”

“I’m not sure how to feel about these. I wanted to return them but paying postage etc wouldn’t have made it worth it. The sippy lids aren’t particularly stable and accidentally ordered extra because I didn’t realise they came with the toddle weening bottles. They don’t seem to function well as described but simply as baby bottles they’re fine. The nipple is really nice. Very mom like. The colours are beautiful. The thermos/snack(?) container lid aspect is great and I didn’t realise it came with it. The description of the bottles and their functions could be more clear with clearer pictures on the website but for the discounted price they’re okay! Nice to not be feeding baby out of plastic as well as the plastic is only on the outer aspects of the bottles.”

“The replacement top for toddlers is slipping off and leaking during the feed. The cap doesn't fit. I contacted Customer services about the faulty product and sent them the photos, but they are refusing to accept returns/issue refunds. Unless I record a video”

As per our warranty (terms and conditions,) we need the required information. We appreciate the photo's, but we cannot see the issue without a video. We are working with you directly to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Once we can see the product issue, we are happy to refund if the product is found to be faulty. “Quick delivery, and I like the Epic Cafe bottle that I ordered, I also ordered extra things including the infuser/filter which is brilliant for herbal teas, the extra lid I ordered called Epic bottle keep cap does not fit bottle that I ordered so that was a bit disappointing.”

“Amazing quality and awesome customer service! I purchased the baby feeding set. When it arrived, one of the sippy caps is missing. I reached out to their customer service and they sent a replacement right away! It arrived the next day.
