“The bottle I have purchased is good, leakproof (so far!) and was packaged well. I was slightly disappointed at the way the design on the bottle was printed. I find the website is a little poorly organised, and on a mobile phone I was unable to see the full product pictures. Some product descriptions need updated or expanded on.”

“Easy purchase & delivery within the timeframe. Their website could be improved. Instead of having one listing for each type of bottle and colour, they could just have one listing per type of bottle and from there you can pick and choose the colour.”

“The bottles are lovely and we appreciate the eco/sustainable processes. Unfortunately we have had a problem with the bottom of the steel bottle popping so that it won’t stand up anymore. It’s become a weeble.”

“Bottles are lovely and of excellent quality although my Epic bottle leaks a bit when laid down for a duration of time. Also the replacement seals are not snug enough, in my opinion. But customer service was excellent!”

“Really great bottle! The perfect size, and the ‘gulp’ lid is a really great addition. Keeps water cold for hours! My only criticism would be to have some kind of non slip sticker or something on the bottom.”

“I am generally very impressed with the bottles,but unfortunately this is the 3rd lot of lids I had to buy 😭 they keep breaking off, which is a real shame.. but, I'll stick with them for now as I like them otherwise.”

“I love the colours of the bottles and their design as well as the ethos and the green initiative of the company. The only down side I can think of is the tab on the spout. It is very easy to break when it comes to children. I get that adults will be more careful but my son broke it half an hour after we actually got the bottle.”
