“Love our one green bottles, we've got kids that broke so many but with these if there's an issue with these we've always been able to replace a small part rather than throw the whole thing out”

“I love my 1L bottle because of how robust the bottle itself is and how long it keeps everything cold! I’ve been using it for more than a year now and it has held up great though the handle on the lid broke quite early on and I made some repairs but unfortunately they wouldn’t hold up. I love the initiative of the company and I always love to support a local UK business that is actively trying to tackle the climate crisis one step at a time! So yes, my only comment would be that I would love to see the lids/handles made to withstand daily use a little better and it would also be fab to see a student discount ;) PS When I ordered my bottle it was delivered to the wrong address but the company were so quick to send me out another free of charge and I have used it ever since”

“Bottles are robust and attractive, however I found customer service lacking. I was struggling with loud sipping and small amounts of water being sucked up, after following the FAQ information I emailed the give contact for further help but did not receive a response and ended up buying a new cap as I was finding it so frustrating to drink from. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the first.”

“We have three bottles now. I love how robust they are and the great options of sizes and types of bottles. We have just ordered the Evolution bottle in Mangrove for my son to take to school. He loves the colour and the feel of the bottle. It's super smooth.”

“Eco, safe, hard wearing and from a B-Corp, what more could you ask for? After ending my long term relationship with an adventure brand after finding out some uncomfortable truths about their plastic bottles, I was looking everywhere for large capacity, heavy duty -and most importantly safe- water bottles for both me and my neurodiverse small person whose hobbies include falling over and breaking things. I bought a tough canteen for little person and an epic for me. I was really impressed with the design, features, pricing and versatility. We also have a small elderly dog and having a spout on the bottle means that I can tip the bottle and he can drink too without risking him contaminating the bottle with his lovely doggy bacteria. Only thing missing is as the epic, is, well, epic in size it doesn't fit in cup holders or most backpacks so it would be nice to have a strap that runs from bottle neck to base without having to buy a carry case to lug as well as dog, small person and a backpack. That being said, its a small issue and the other features more than make up for it.”

“My One Green Bottle is fantastic - it keeps my water cool, and the straw means I don’t have to tip the bottle to drink it. I’ve dropped it multiple times and it hasn’t broken! My niece loves my water bottle so much that I’ve bought her a smaller version, in the same gorgeous sage colour, so she can mimic her favourite auntie”
