“I recently purchased a new bottle, heart-broken that I had lost my other One Green Bottle, which I purchased two years ago.... Then found my ' lost ' one.... so now have one for yoga & one for for the gym... the bottles are exceptional quality & my interactions with Binny, who I believe is the office manager, have been equally exceptional...... Great all round........”

“I've been a fan of this company's bottles for a while so have expanded into buying their products as presents. My most recent purchases arrived quickly and I like the Green insulated flask and Epic vacuum bottle so much I may have to get one of each for me!”

“Have been a fan for years, and the steel bottles were an absolute godsend for my kid as they were so tough and would last for ages. However, one got lost and I ordered a replacement. This dented really quickly and after 3 broken caps (they just shear off now on the first drop and half gets stuck inside the bottle) I'm moving away from this brand. I guess the classic "got bigger quickly and sacrificed quality" has happened.”

Hi there, thanks for your review. We are really disappointed to read this. It sounds as though you have been unlucky with your latest purchase. We certainly haven't changed our ethics or the products we use. We use the highest 304 grade stainless steel. It would be great to know more about what happened and how they broke? Please get in touch so we can try to resolve your issue. As I'm sure you are aware of warranty covers manufacturing issues but not accidental damage. “We have been using these products for sometime and really rated them. Recently we experienced really disappointing customer service. An item did not arrive, the money was taken, we were not contacted and when we chased we were asked to pay postage again. Sustainable products should include good customer service. There are other suppliers of the same products ! Going elsewhere.”

Hi there, We are very sorry to see this. When an order is placed its always pre payment. I'm afraid if there is a delivery issue with royal mail we do not always hear about it, and they should leave a card to say they attempted delivery, or if its an address issue/input error and it gets returned, we do need to ask for postage again as we have to pay every time we send items. Being a B corp company we do everything as sustainably as it should be done from start to finish. We pride ourselves in customer service and are very sorry you feel on this occasion we didn't live up to that. Many apologies again.

“Haven't been able to use the bottle because it came with no valve on the cap. I emailed then, they send me the wrong valve, still after more than 6 weeks not received the correct part. They have stop replying to my emails. I bought another cap, which was nearly £10 with delivery fees, and not lasted even a week, the bottle fell down from a chair and the cap cracked. My experience is poor customer service and low quality. I hope they can improve because is not fair that I have expend the money into a bottle that I cannot use.”

HI there, so sorry to hear this. I have tried searching for emails and cannot find any from yourself, apologies for that. We will get the correct valves in the post to you. I will also email you. I'm afraid regarding accidental damage caused to the bottles and caps we do not cover. Only manufacturing issues. Hopefully we can get the issues resolved soon. Many thanks

“Just the best drinks bottle I have found. Very durable casing and handy handle, make for easy carrying. Great to be able to order just the plastic straws too, as I seem to lose mine with alarming regularity! Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I live in Brighton and went along to the shop/offices for a replacement lid today. They were closed, when I arrived, but when I called they opened up immediately. Their service was amazing- the card machine was not working I was asked if I had paypal- which I don't, so was given the goods for free even though I said I'd transfer the money, through BACS, when I got home. It'll be great to see the shop launched and up and running.”

“Love this company and love the products 5*service. Every one in my household and my sister's household have at least one of the bottles and flasks, they are really well made, easy to clean and look good to. They have great eco campaigns and are a sustainable business it's a win win. Postage time is first class most orders I have received the next day. Thoroughly recommend.”

“I ordered one 800ml bottle with sloop and silicone base, classic sports lid. All great and by far the best bottle I've had. Only little issue was the additional sloop I ordered, for a bottle I already have for my son, has a split halfway along. It still functions but not sure how long it will last. [Note: I've been sent a replacement for this now]. I especially like that it's possible to order replacement straws and also that the mouth piece is hard plastic. (My son has a bottle from a different brand that cannot be used anymore as the straw has got mold on it I can't get a replacement).”
