“I ordered the classic sports cap as a replacement. I like this cap as it does not leak at all and the spout releases the perfect amount of water. I like that it comes with a transparent straw. The packaging is fully recyclable but the tube is actually sturdy enough to be used as the best little storage box for my little one's treasures.”

“I bought the wrong lid to replace one that broke fairly quickly after I bought it! Finding it impossible to figure out which bottle i have and which lid will fit it!”

We have a warranty that covers manufacturing issues not accidental damage. “Confusing cancellation/returns process. T&Cs said one thing, but customer service said another. Polite, but nevertheless contradictory. Ordered the wrong thing and couldn't cancel it even though it hadn't been despatched yet, despite T&Cs saying this was possible. Ended up keeping it as I didn't want to pay shipping as it felt unfair. What I ordered itself was in good condition, though it was the wrong colour - I ended up buying a matching item on eBay as I didn't want to go through the One Green Bottle website again. Shame, as I love my bottle.”

“Having waited a while to buy my One Green Bottle I am only moderately satisfied! Reason being that what I need is a carry strap but if I do (if I can find a matching colour) I will have to pay extra. Fairly essential as the bottle is rather too wide to hold!”

“I love this bottle, I've just bought a second fory husband! The sports cap with the straw makes it so easy to drink on the go. The bottle is perfect for keeping drinks hot or cold too, so it's great in any weather!”

“I couldn't be happier. A beautiful looking bottle with all the features I need. Particularly love the clever bottom to prevent scratches. The cherry on the cake was the environmentally friendly packaging and knowing the good this buy will do the ocean. Who wouldn't smile about that?”

“I like the concept of the company. Unfortunately the baby bottles i bought didn't work functionally. I also had a problem with one of the items which was sorted eventually by customer service.”

“I love this company I have one of their very very early stainless steel lunch boxes and it has served me well for the last 6 years and one of their newer tough canteens. I have ordered a few and can’t fault them. You can order replacement straws, which I had to do in place of the bobbly silicone one that got mouldy very quickly. I just ordered a normal straw from them and it’s perfect.”

“Having spent £100s on cheapo plastic bottles, I’ve finally taken the plunge and kitted out the whole family with One Green Bottles- THE BEST INVESTMENT EVER! They are light, they keep the temperature just right for hours, the colors are LOVELY, they are super easy to clean and most importantly- I finally don’t need to worry bout mould/mould-tasting water 🤢 Success!”
