“Outstanding quality products and great prices. My first bottle is still going strong 6 years later. Only replaced the sports cap a couple of times. Clearly a very sustainable option!”

“I broke the lid to my bottle and needed to order one quickly as I use my bottle all the time. I placed my order and it arrived fairly quickly which was great.”

“I love One Green Bottle, however, I am forever having to buy new bottle tops as they break easily. I currently have 5 bottles that my children use for school and I find them ideal, particularly in the summer as it keeps their drinks cold throughout the school day. However, I may have to look for an alternative moving forward because the added expense of repkacing the lid/caps means they are no longer cost-effective for me, which is a shame.”

HI Emma, Sorry to hear this. We are always looking to improve and have some new cap designs in the pipeline. If any have broken you feel are not down to accidental damage please get in touch so we can look at the case and see if we can help. In order to sell caps which do not leach micro plastics, the polypropylene is a more brittle material to to the nasty harder plastics. Thanks

“Bottle arrived dented in the box and was first seen when opened on Christmas Day. Reached out multiple times to One Green Bottle without a response. Unacceptable customer service. Still no resolution and partner without her Christmas gift.”

“Had a problem with a previous bottle cap I had ordered and had to order a replacement it was a Christmas discount of 20% off but the promotion didn’t work, when I explained what had happened with the bottle cap and discount offer the staff where quick and efficient with sorting my problem out and returning the money. The bottles are great, Can’t do without mine.”

“I ordered a large stainless steel NOT thermos flask. I now filter my water and remineralize it due to my paranoia about pollutants. The flask is great, no plastic, and I went to non-thermos as I just drink water. Good company, overly packaged when it arrived”
