“The OB website is easy to use and the products are clearly shown, which makes purchasing choices easy. Our Queen Pink Sequinned Neon sign was well packaged and arrived promptly - it was a very well-received gift for a friend. OB is a great place to find unusual gifts - I've always been very pleased with my purchases, either online in or one of the shops.”

“Bought two wine glasses as a gift. The person checking me out said they didn't need to be checked and when I looked at them at home, the stem is broken. Now I don't have a gift and need to go back to the shop to return them. Won't be buying from here again.”

“I usually shop in the Ealing Broadway branch and they are lovely! Always get asked if I'm buying for a gift etc. However the one at Paddington didn't even ask if I wanted my purchase wrapped, and it could have been a nicer experience at the till. I would however always go back to the Ealing Broadway shop!”
