“The OB website is easy to use and the products are clearly shown, which makes purchasing choices easy. Our Queen Pink Sequinned Neon sign was well packaged and arrived promptly - it was a very well-received gift for a friend. OB is a great place to find unusual gifts - I've always been very pleased with my purchases, either online in or one of the shops.”

“Tried on and bought size 8 with lady in Edinburgh stores assistance she was very complimentary and helpful (possibly Spanish). I would have preferred to size up and she suggested to keep checking the website for size 10. Managed to get them through website eventually I’m so glad she mentioned this to me because they were reduced to half price. 10/10 Oliver Bonas”

“One of the first things I bought for my first ever house I love it so much. Unfortunately a friend came round and didn’t respect the gentle shoe scrape rule and scuffed one side so much :( but I love it and will replace it with another Oliver Bonas one again one day”

“Mobile glitches are frustrating but not game changing. Need to review the ‘add to cart’ feature from product list pages (not individual product pages). It doesn’t often work unless the product is placed in a specific position on the screen.”
