“The OB website is easy to use and the products are clearly shown, which makes purchasing choices easy. Our Queen Pink Sequinned Neon sign was well packaged and arrived promptly - it was a very well-received gift for a friend. OB is a great place to find unusual gifts - I've always been very pleased with my purchases, either online in or one of the shops.”

“Ordering was fine and item delivery was fine but I discovered that I shouldn't have paid with PayPal because when I tried to return to store I was unable to. Returning via the post office was ok though.”

“Amazing!! Went to Cabots Circus with my daughter, so much to see, some great bargains, wandered round and chose a little plate with L on it for my bedside cabinet to put my small coffee cup on and a little double mirror. The nice young lady at the till wrapped my plate with some brown paper stuff and tissue like paper and it's now sat on my bedside cabinet. Will definitely be perusing the website :-)”
