“The glasses are lovely but unfortunately, due to completely unsuitable packaging one arrived broken and despite trying to contact Oliver Bonas by telephone (10 minutes in queue and still only gone from 25th to 24th) I then sent email which is still unanswered so no chance of sorting before Christmas and they were purchased as a Christmas present.”

“I paid extra for next working day delivery. Don’t know why it’s working day when other companies can deliver weekends. It was still late and my parcel went from being a birthday present to a belated birthday present. Contacted them about being refunded for delivery but they weren’t bothered and didn’t reply.”

“Really disappointed with this as Oliver Bonas is usually great.The stripe down the side is very thin not as it looks in pictures and is really poor quality making the whole thing look cheap.It’s also huge”

“The bracelet I ordered and received promptly is very pretty, but the £5 gift box they sold with it was not something I would wish to give a gift in. Just a large grey box with the bracelet in lots of not very nice paper”

“Unfortunately I was sent a pair of earrings, each earring had a stone in it that had to face outwards but I was sent a pair that one faces the right way and the other faces into my neck! I have emailed your company and am awaiting a reply”

“I’m afraid that I can’t write a positive review in this instance. I ordered a plant pot identical to one that I have previously bought from Oliver Bonas. When it arrived it was inadequately packaged and, as a consequence, was smashed to pieces. I emailed the company immediately with photographic evidence. Almost a week later, I still await a response.”

“I ordered two ceramic pots. When they arrived, one was ok, the other was smashed to pieces. The protective packaging was not enough, the box was too big so the pots had obviously moved around and the 'Fragile' sticker on the box was tiny. I sent an email but have had no reply. Yet to hear from the returned item.”
