One of the earrings arrived with a back that refused to say on. Emailed customer services a week ago (on the day they arrived) and still waiting for a reply.

I was very disappointed with this necklace. I felt it didn't match the description, it looks cheap, and artificial. Looks like it is chrome plated rather than silver plated. I may have misread the description but the price suggested a better quality product. It came in a paper envelope which was a bit disappointing at best it could have been mounted on a piece of pink card with your name on.

Ordered the Khaki Green Pleated Velvet Rectangle Jewellery Box Small on Black Friday. Order No: 2000750230 item hasn’t been delivered yet, this is slow and poor service especially if your delivery supplier is going to offer zero contact. I’ve waited an exceptional amount of time for delivery to be made, now I just want what I have purchased.

These boots looked fabulous but unfortunately I couldn’t get them on. I had sized up to a 6 when I am usually a 5 . Unfortunately I had to send them back

Previous orders have been good, however, on this occasion I cannot get a response from Customer Services regarding my order. It has been 5 days since I emailed and I cannot check the quality of the products ordered as opening the packaging will mean breaking the cable ties and tissue they are attached with.
