I think I may not have read the full description of thickness I’m not sure - it’s a lovely, very long but much thinner than I thought it would be (that’s why it’s lightweight) you need towels if you’re putting it on hard floor or it will hurt your knees. Doesn’t have any grip unless you sweat. It’s an ok mat, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it - I’d purchase something a bit more quality for the price. I’m going to give this to a friend and purchase another from somewhere that’s thicker and with more grip as that it what I personally want in a mat, even if it doesn’t have a picture of space on it :)

Delivery arrive in good time for a weekend pamper session but the only problem was both my partner and myself had an allergic reaction to both the bath oil and pillow spray. Had to had a shower after a soak in the bath to get rid of the oil and strip the freshly made bed. Not a great experience when your trying to relax and get rid of the stress of a national lockdown

Ordered two mustard lights and ended up with one mustard and one pink. Both boxes said mustard. Completely out of stock now so can’t get the second for my pair now. Customer services were excellent but couldn’t help.

Unfortunately this necklace did not meet my expectations. It not only lacked impact, but looked quite cheap, sorry!

The yellow Glug Glug Jug which got lost in transit confirmed when I called Oliver Bonas on Tue 5th Jan. Hermes app and emails said it arrived at their depot on Sat 19th Dec - Sun 20th and they will have the item on the move in the next 24hours but never arrived which was why I phoned OB and got a refund and tried to get a replacement but OB ran out of stock. The fishhook is too wide. They fell out without my realising, couldn’t find them, ordered a new pair so that my daughter wouldn’t realise I had lost them (birthday present ). Had to buy ‘keepers’ to put behind them to prevent this happening agsin

Glasses are beautiful but one of them was smashed to pieces on arrival. I didn’t send them back as I am shielding because of COVID so just got the three glasses

Usually have great service from Oliver Bonas but very disappointed that it arrived damaged. It was bought with the intention of giving it as a gift but due to the condition it arrived in, it is not fit for purpose.

Loved it but had to return sadly as it had a large whole in the inner lining of the pocket. Gutted as now no longer available in my size :-(

One of three pots arrived completely smashed. Sent an email to OB 29th Dec as soon as it was delivered and still have not heard back as to how they will rectify the issue.
