Glasses are beautiful but one of them was smashed to pieces on arrival. I didn’t send them back as I am shielding because of COVID so just got the three glasses

Usually have great service from Oliver Bonas but very disappointed that it arrived damaged. It was bought with the intention of giving it as a gift but due to the condition it arrived in, it is not fit for purpose.

Loved it but had to return sadly as it had a large whole in the inner lining of the pocket. Gutted as now no longer available in my size :-(

One of three pots arrived completely smashed. Sent an email to OB 29th Dec as soon as it was delivered and still have not heard back as to how they will rectify the issue.

Unfortunately I have to send this back as poor quality due to the covering not attached/ glued properly around the ‘feet’ + a gap.

I absolutely love Oliver Bonas however I’m so disappointed in the service I’ve received. I ordered these set of four coasters and only received one of them. I emailed them over a week ago and no reply or response.

I lost my Christmas Eve waiting for my parcel because they didn’t send it on time to Hermes delivery at mine...that’s ok hopefully they improve their delivery system one day!

I love the simple design however upon receiving the glasses the design on one glass has not been printed/painted on in full a section is missing and so it doesn’t match the other glasses. Another glass in the set has a mark that will not wash off on the base of the glass. Quite disappointing.

I have only received half of my order. Two bulbs and only one base - please can someone get in contact. And I did not receive the mug I also bought.

Very disappointed with this lamp. I was expecting the bulb to be included as it’s a big part of the effect but in fact it’s just the base of the lamp which is fine but I would say not worth the price. I am a loyal customer to OB. I love their things but this did not meet expectations. It should have been clearer that bulb extra.

Oliver Bonas was great, very easy transaction and lovely present. But paid extra for priority delivery to get it there before Christmas, Oliver Bonas got it to Hermes quickly who then sat on it for a week!! So very upset, and waste of my money. Have had other bad experiences with Hermes, so won't buy online again.

Paid for express delivery at 11.44 on 22/12 (before the express delivery countdown timer ended on the website). Item was delivered on 28/12. Emailed customers services, no response.

Extremely uneven quality between items. The jewellery stand I got was lovely and high‐quality, but the actual jewellery was a disgrace. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
