Beautiful looking plate if it had arrived in one piece. It arrived smashed into about 10 pieces. So disappointing as it was a Christmas gift which I have had to throw in bin. It wasn’t bubble wrapped and had to travel to Ireland. Still awaiting a response from customer service 5 days on, not even an acknowledgment let alone a refund.

Lovely product but I ordered 5 assuming I would receive a random selection of coloured ribbon hangers as three different ones are shown in the product description and I was unable to select colours but I received 5 pink ones

Usually very good service and quality from Oliver Bonas but this was an exception unfortunately. I ordered 2, along with some earrings. The first order didn’t arrive. I emailed to chase up where the order was and had to call to chase it up as the email wasn’t responded to. I had to cancel the earrings as the event I’d ordered them for had passed. When I received the replacement order, one of the stars was damaged. It was received too late get it exchanged in time for Christmas so it’s being returned.

We're really sorry from start to finish with this Liz. I also want to apologise we haven't been as swift in dealing with queries. We have been stretched incredibly thin this year due to what's going on, so our teams have essentially been playing catch up since March. Thank you, Team OB

I have yet to receive the brooches so disappointed because I ordered them on the 6th December for a present for a friend.The other items where very slow but did arrive eventually

I feel VERY strongly that when a customer has bought items of clothing that the assistant should, as a matter of course, wrap the items in tissue paper. I did not want a bag (car right outside) and the assistant tried to just pass the items over to me, instead of wrapping them in tissue. It was also raining heavily outside. There were at least 3 people working in the shop and only me at the counter.

I purchased the plant pot and short stand as I have the talker one and it’s beautiful. I was so disappointed when I received the item as it was in many broken pieces when it arrived. The inner packaging said fragile but on the outer box there was no fragile markings or warnings. I haven’t reordered as the packaging error may be made again. I will try to get to the store to pick up the item rather than risk another hone delivery

It was what my daughter-in-law asked for but I felt was very insubstantial for the £42 it cost me - it wasn't even real silver. Disappointed.

The envelope these tiny earrings arrived in was almost A3 in size incredibly, with Oliver Bonas printed in large letters on the back. As there was only one item on my wife's Christmas list from Oliver Bonas, it was blatantly obvious to her what had been sent, thus taking away any element of surprise.

Nice range of products but they need to use a different courier company as Hermes always has issues and this delivery from Oliver Bonas ended up with my items being broken and I am still waiting for feedback.

Really difficult to review- ordered two plant pots with next day delivery, both came completely shattered, a day late! They were really poorly packed, with minimal care, so it’s hardly surprising they broke before they reached me! HOWEVER, I called customer services, after a 50 mins wait (it’s Christmas time and, COVID, so the lines were busy), I spoke to a girl named Ellie, who went over and beyond to rectify the issue, immediately. She was also really apologetic and ultimately faultless in her customer service delivery, thus it’s hard to be angry or disappointed!

I ordered the item and paid for next day delivery as it was required for a present. The parcel arrived 4 days late. If next day delivery is offered it should be guaranteed so very disappointed with this service.

Ordered a lampshade over 10days ago for collection at your Leamington Spa store for my daughters Christmas gift, still hasn’t arrived!!! Very poor service wont be using your store again! Just not good enough!

This Item arrived in store for click and collect on time, however it was broken when I arrived home and opened it. The handle must have broken in transit.

I ordered a coloured throw and ring as Christmas presents. Unfortunately when the parcel arrived it had never been sealed and the ring was not enclosed. I would imagine it fell out due to the careless packaging. The rug is gorgeous but I’m so disappointed about not receiving the ring
