I like the pattern on these leggings and they are very comfy. Unfortunately within two days of wearing the seam split and they now have a hole in, bad quality! I am normally a size 10/12 and the medium fit fine.I am 5’10 so they were a bit on the short side, finished above the ankle.

Beautiful design & very uplifting colours but even though I’ve washed them twice with fabric softener, the fabric is incredibly itchy- I think it’s the stripes of sparkly thread. So actually Not very comfortable ☹️ Any suggestions would be greatfully accepted

I had to give a poor rating despite it probably being the carrier rather than Oliver Bonas that deserves it. This is because I have still not received my purchase of the teal throw. It should have been delivered last Tuesday (11th) but it did not arrive. I have tracked the parcel and it seems to be stuck with the carrier. I have had no other communication from them. Any help would be appreciated. Sue Barnes

ordered over £100 worth of products and after order confirmation I was told 3/4 of the things that I'd ordered were out of stock and they weren't coming. disappointed, these should have been updated before I'd ordered and gotten excited about them arriving. however rest of delivery was delivered promptly

I usually receive goods from Oliver Bonas beautifully wrapped but this time the scarves I purchased in the sake were taken out of their original bags and squashed (not folded) into tiny plastic bags. As these are presents for friends I was very disappointed. Not sure if sale items should be treated as any less valuable ?

Love the mirror but it arrived damaged with multiple scratches on the metal finish. The return process was so arduous that I ended up keeping the damaged mirror. So while I like the mirror I’m disappointed by the damage and haven’t bought from Oliver Bonas since.

It is a lovely well made product. However sadly the holes where you place the treats are sadly too deep/small and my dog struggled to get the treats out. If we places in bigger treats it was a bit too easy for him as the hole covers are very loose so slide easy.

I live in Spain. The postal service here is good, the courier service outside the towns, is poor. Your website indicated that the earnings would be sent by International Post, so I gave my Postal address. It seems they are coming by courier, and my delivery address is totally different. Also, the final courier company is called SEUR, which is the worst courier company in the world, using subcontractor drivers and un marked vans. I will have to drive for 1 hour to pick up the parcel from their distribution hub, if they don’t just send it back to you as “undeliverable”. I will be happy to review the earnings if they ever turn up.

This cardigan is very lightweightand ideal for a cover-up or perhaps for summer evenings. I would suggest going down at least a size or two, it comes up quite wide. I had to return it as it simply did not suit me.

My 5 year old Granddaughter bought these for me for Christmas. She’s obsessed with my earrings. I absolutely loved these but there’s a design fault. They immediately fell out. I adjusted the fitting but they still fell out and I lost 1. I bought another set so she wouldn’t be upset and again they fell out. Luckily I heard it drop. I’m disappointed that I have to be so aware of this happening

I ordered the Flora Scalloped Velvet Pink Chair. The furniture item arrived in good packaging, but sadly I am very disappointed with the quality of the item. I have written a complaint to all Oliver Bonus almost a week ago and sent photos of the faulty in the material, but I am yet to receive and response. The chair is noticeably marked on the front, the material looks very worn and as if it has been used or an ex display. The item is almost £400.00, I expect to receive a higher quality item for this price. I am also very surprised that Oliver Bonas's customer service line is only operating between 9am until 1pm. I have tried to contact the company regarding my order, but no response. Very poor customer service to not respond to my email. I hope this will be resolved ASAP and receive a replacement with no faulty.

I ordered some plant pots that looked yellow and in the picture and the colour in the description stated yellow, the pots were in fact orange. Sent them back

In my experience Oliver Bonas is a beautiful store full of beautiful things with lovely staff. The problem is that the products are unfortunately very cheaply made. I have had so many problems with products, and have frequently returned items including a bag, plant pot and a number of pieces of jewellery. I have found the costume jewellery tarnishes far worse than my other costume jewellery I seem to be able to wear again and again. It is priced far more than it is worth. I have had issues with the more expensive jewellery too and had clasps break - I took one necklace back three times and gave up in the end as i decided to get an entirely new clasp for it - OB in this instance gave me the simple option of a refund or not but I will fund the clasp fixing myself. It has got to the point now where I tell friends and family not to buy me anything from OB but when someone else does I end up back in the store getting refunds and replacements. People in the store are always so friendly and helpful but can't do more than take my feedback and offer refunds. My advice to those higher up is to take note and improve the quality of your products, particularly your jewellery and anything with gold leaf on it- everything tarnishes and does not last, despite care instructions followed!
