Nice candle but arrived with a chip on rim. Emailed customer services but have had no response to date. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift

Extremely uneven quality between items. The jewellery stand I got was lovely and high‐quality, but the actual jewellery was a disgrace. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I love all things Oliver Bonas and usually I buy in store or click and collect but because of lockdown I have had to use your delivery service. Firstly my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, even thought the correct address was on the box. Secondly it was in pieces, I knew as soon as I recieved the box as it was rattling. I was able to return it to store where your employees were very apologetic and understanding. They very kindly gave me a gift receipt. I then ordered it again, online, as they do not stock this sized plant pot in store. I awaited delivery and when it came it was exactly the same, in pieces. Luckily it was just before Christmas and able to return it to store. Please review your courier service as they are completely unreliable.

This item was misleading on the website. 4/5 images had the lightbulb stand and cable in them. The description did mention that the item did not come with the stand but we all know people do not read descriptions. It's on you Oliver Bonas to be clearer in the imagery about what is actually included. I ordered two of these for friends for Christmas during covid tier 4 and was very disappointed to realise that I spent over £50 + express postage on 2 lightbulbs for which they now need to spend money to buy the stands!

I tried to ring before Christmas to enquire about this, but was consistently informed that I was No. 24 in the queue. The box arrived with one end slightly open and a chunk out of it that looked as though someone had tried to stick their finger in it, although the outer postal packaging appeared very secure. I was trying to ring to ask if there were any instructions, as it arrived without and, to be honest, although you could make something up yourself, that's hardly the point of a game and it would be helpful to have different ideas about how you could play it - e.g with more than one player, which I presume is the point of it? I wanted to give it to my cat-loving neighbours so they could play it on Christmas day but I wasn't going to give them a slightly damaged box with no decent instructions.

My order arrived with a smashed pane of glass - two days before Christmas . Despite good protective wrapping Royal Mail had not handled it carefully - it needed to have Fragile all over the parcel .

Beautiful looking plate if it had arrived in one piece. It arrived smashed into about 10 pieces. So disappointing as it was a Christmas gift which I have had to throw in bin. It wasn’t bubble wrapped and had to travel to Ireland. Still awaiting a response from customer service 5 days on, not even an acknowledgment let alone a refund.
