This product, a headband came in a very big box packed round with masses of paper. Have you considered how you can package more sustainably? I bought this as a gift and I am sure that the recipient will like it. It seems very expensive to me so I hope you ensure that the people who make these products are receiving a living wage and enjoy good working conditions.

Ordered the Abuo Turquoise Plant Pot and Stand from Oliver Bonas. Item is missing the plant stand and delivered a week late despite paying for next day delivery.

I am disappointed by my experience with OB. I purchased a gift for my sister for Christmas and it arrived broken in the post multiple times! Although replacements were sent out, ultimately this isn’t good enough from a company such as this - who can’t make sure their products aren’t packaged correctly!

I like the brand, they make lovely things. I recently wanted to order a lamp with Edison bulb. The Photo on this item on their website was a bit confusing. I ordered in a bit of a hurry and didn’t go through the product description but the image makes this look like a lamp with bulb, not just the light bulb. I’m sure the bulb is good quality but a bit steep in price at £25. Emailed customer service straight away to ask to cancel the order. Didn’t hear back for over a week. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year. However, most other online order services offer an online cancellation option that you can do yourself as long as it’s done quickly after placing the order and before dispatch. It would be helpful if Oliver Bonas offered this. I’ve now paid for delivery on an item I don’t want, and I’ll have to arrange for a return.

Very disappointed with the moon stone ring when it arrived. Assumed is was a real stone in a metal setting. Feels like plastic and looks cheap. The elephant chain bracelet is very nice. Much better quality.

Disappointed with vase and earrings that I ordered, which didn't look as good as the website. Delivery was also problematic as driver left a note to say delivery not possible as we were out and there was nowhere to leave the parcel, but they didn't knock as we were actually at home. However, they did come back later the same day and leave the parcel outside.

Sweet little earrings but sadly they arrived in the post with all the stems bent. I ended up exchanging them for a replacement set in store. I think the packers was a little heavy handed as the packaging wasn't damaged.

I’ve had an offer to leave a review before I’ve had my order. I chose collect in store to avoid long postal delays, but clearly there are delays OBs end also.

One of the glasses has a flaw and should never have passed quality control. They were bought for my daughter for her birthday and I do not have time to send them back. Very disappointed

A nice bulb, but so overpriced at £25 plus delivery! Can find it much cheaper on other sites. Picture should show only the bulb - not a whole lamp.
