“I ordered this using my birthday gift voucher but sent them back as they were too big. After being infromed my voucher had been reimbursed, it hadnt and i had to contact the team multiple times to get the money back for them. Unusaual as i usually have very good experience with OB.”

“Removal of the photos of models wearing clothing on sale item listings is beyond annoying, I don't know any other website that does that. If I'm going to buy an item of clothing, I want to see a fair idea of what it looks like on someone - not just the item on a hanger.”

“I specifically asked for the gift exchange receipt as I was purchasing a gift for my mother-in-law, but the salesperson didn’t put that in. Also, they removed the branding tag with the model number and stuff from the necklace, so now it looks second-hand even though I purchased a gift box and a paper bag for extra.”
