I’m afraid that I can’t write a positive review in this instance. I ordered a plant pot identical to one that I have previously bought from Oliver Bonas. When it arrived it was inadequately packaged and, as a consequence, was smashed to pieces. I emailed the company immediately with photographic evidence. Almost a week later, I still await a response.

I ordered two ceramic pots. When they arrived, one was ok, the other was smashed to pieces. The protective packaging was not enough, the box was too big so the pots had obviously moved around and the 'Fragile' sticker on the box was tiny. I sent an email but have had no reply. Yet to hear from the returned item.

very disappointed with the gift box. I did not realise that I was paying £5 for a cardboard box approx 6 inch square for a pair of earrings

Products look nice on the website but unfortunately this is the third time they have arrived and I have been very disappointed opening the package. The product quality do not match the price. Too expensive for the poor quality that arrives.

This product, a headband came in a very big box packed round with masses of paper. Have you considered how you can package more sustainably? I bought this as a gift and I am sure that the recipient will like it. It seems very expensive to me so I hope you ensure that the people who make these products are receiving a living wage and enjoy good working conditions.

Ordered the Abuo Turquoise Plant Pot and Stand from Oliver Bonas. Item is missing the plant stand and delivered a week late despite paying for next day delivery.

I am disappointed by my experience with OB. I purchased a gift for my sister for Christmas and it arrived broken in the post multiple times! Although replacements were sent out, ultimately this isn’t good enough from a company such as this - who can’t make sure their products aren’t packaged correctly!

I like the brand, they make lovely things. I recently wanted to order a lamp with Edison bulb. The Photo on this item on their website was a bit confusing. I ordered in a bit of a hurry and didn’t go through the product description but the image makes this look like a lamp with bulb, not just the light bulb. I’m sure the bulb is good quality but a bit steep in price at £25. Emailed customer service straight away to ask to cancel the order. Didn’t hear back for over a week. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year. However, most other online order services offer an online cancellation option that you can do yourself as long as it’s done quickly after placing the order and before dispatch. It would be helpful if Oliver Bonas offered this. I’ve now paid for delivery on an item I don’t want, and I’ll have to arrange for a return.

Very disappointed with the moon stone ring when it arrived. Assumed is was a real stone in a metal setting. Feels like plastic and looks cheap. The elephant chain bracelet is very nice. Much better quality.

Disappointed with vase and earrings that I ordered, which didn't look as good as the website. Delivery was also problematic as driver left a note to say delivery not possible as we were out and there was nowhere to leave the parcel, but they didn't knock as we were actually at home. However, they did come back later the same day and leave the parcel outside.
