Product was great ,but as it was heading my way in the post it was reduced by 30% ,have emailed them as yet no response .so not impressed .

Hexagon gold wall mirror looked beautiful, tried to hang on the wall and the chain holding it instantly broke. Have returned, clearly chain needs to be stronger for the weight of the item. Disappointed.

Ordered two dresses on the 28th of October. Order number #2000746197 I was sent a tracking number but no package has to date arrived. When I go in to look at the tracking number it is not working 404 error is coming up. I have sent two emails to date to Oliver Bonas and still not dresses and not response. First delivery turned up with a broken frame. Kindly offered a redelivery. Second framed turned up even more smashed. Written to customer service again, no reply. Now have 2 big boxes to try and return in a lockdown. Packaging definitely not adequate, will probably get back to them in a million pieces, if I can even get to sending them back.

These masks are so very poor, the elastic is slack and frayed within a week or so. The actual masks are huge and sit away from the face making these incredibly inadequate.

This is such a beautiful vase however, I had to take mine back as the glass had bubbles and wasn’t blown properly. Such a shame as I love the style.

Dowdy. I was sold two, one of which was unnecessary as the three items would have fit very easily. Branded, so more like an ad than a gift. Sticker that didn’t stick and was bent. Waste of money. I had to wrap my items myself. I’m miffed about these. Gift “note” was flimsy paper with dull typing as if out of printer ink.

It's been almost two weeks since I ordered these gloves. They haven't arrived and the tracking information has stopped coming up. I emailed their help centre over two days ago and haven't had a reply. So I can't review the gloves, they look lovely and I was really looking forward to getting them. I can review the customer service which is zero...putting it mildly. I don't even know who to contact now to get this sorted out if the help centre isn't responding.

Unfortunately this product did not perform as I had hoped. The first problem was with the fit into the bottle. So slack in a standard bottle of red wine that no proper seal could be made. In addition I could find no discernible difference in the quality of the wine after using the device.
